I needed a laptop to replace a 4 year old laptop that was running slow. This laptop has a fast start up time and SSD is fast. I can use the laptop within 30 seconds of turning it on. It has 4 USB ports (2 USB-A and 2 USB-C). The USB-C is also the power connector so that is in use most of the time for battery charging since I'm using the laptop all day. This also has a Memory Card Reader which I wanted to transfer photos from my DSLR camera's memory card. The sound is great and doesn't sound tinny if you are on Zoom calls all day long. I connected the HDMI port to an external monitor and setting the configuration up to use both the monitor and screen was very easy to do. The laptop is thin so there is no CD/DVD drive so I bought an external drive for the occasional times I need to use a CD/DVD. In summary I recommend this laptop especially if you are using an older laptop with a physical hard drive that is running slow. So far I am very pleased with the start up time and the speed of the laptop.

I love the touch screen and i can flip it all the way back and use it as a tablet. Perfect for reading on my Amazon Kindle app! Easy accessibility also. Good sound on Bing and Olafsen. I also really enjoy my XBOX app!

This computer is a perfect match for what I need. I teach online courses and the camera is excellent! The memory is enough for my thesis as well. Great computer!

I've been a Toshiba guy for quite sometime. The two I had were getting tired,and time to be replaced. Along comes the Envy 360 at Best Buy for a great price. Runs well I'm very happy with the upgrade.

This computer is lighting fast, with a great display. The only issue I have with it is its poor battery life (around 6 hrs.)

I had to buy because software I needed for work wasn’t supported by my MacBook. It runs all the programs I need great and does other things well. I love the tablet mode as well for reading and stuff like that.

Me and my wife and sister got my mom this laptop as a gift for her going back to school! Wouldn’t have been able to do it without the 12 months 0% interest! Laptop is also great and does some pretty cool things !

The only thing I don't like is it does not have a number pad. But that was my error for not noticing that it did not have one. Other than that I am very pleased with this laptop.

If you’re looking for a laptop to do the basics, like read and write emails, browse the internet or read news , etc., then this works very well. I am very satisfied with mine and 0 problems in the 30+ days of so since I started using it.

Very happy with my purchase. A lot more than I need but will make use of all the features it comes with. What I really love is the light up keyboard only comes on when you need it to. I just need to learn to adjust color. Color seems to be real intense.

I purchased this laptop as a birthday gift for my husband. It was well past the time to let go of his slow moving 10+year old laptop. I chose the HP Envy not just for the price but for the fact it's the laptop my granddaughter has as well.

Well lit for night work. Very easy to use, fast computing. A good price for a versatile laptop computer. Many security features also. The best laptop that I have bought so far.

This is an upgrade for a 5 year old HP laptop. I was going to get another brand for a change but ended up getting a HP again due to the good sales around Black Friday. I spent more and got more configurations this time. Hopefully it will last a little longer. So far it is working well!

Best laptop Ive ever owned! Use it everyday in college!

This HP laptop is very fast and the setup was really easy. The touchscreen is great too. It will be perfect for college classes.
