The computer is a wonderful product, that meets all of my computing needs.

Overall I was pleased with this laptop and I’ve barely used it since the end of November 2022, until now, when I actually need it(my older computer just bit the dust). The keyboard just stops working intermittently as I’m trying to type (bit the lighting—the actual keys)!!! This is so infuriating because this is a brand new computer.

This is working good for what I bought it for. Wife uses it most of the time.

These convertible computers are very poorly designed. I purchased my HP Envy convertible about a year and a half ago, and I am already having hardware issues. These specific convertible designs seem to have a manufacturing defect in the hinges. My right hinge just broke apart one day as I was opening my laptop. I didn't drop or damage it. Because the monitor is attached at the hinge, it also busted open at the bottom and little plastic pieces on the inside fell out. HP customer service is impossible to deal with. I am no longer under warranty and do not want to spend over $400 for another monitor. So I'm taking this as a loss. I backed up everything on my computer to an external and will be purchasing another laptop in the future. A waste of $1200 at Best Buy. I will never buy another HP laptop again. HP should be ashamed of themselves for selling these pieces of junk computers.

The laptop serves it's purpose, I needed a new one for school work. Loading/download speed is great. There was one issue with the first laptop of this model that I purchased. A few days after purchase, the screen would blur after startup as if it was dropped and the screen was broken. It was never dropped and the laptop was brand new. I took it back and tech support said it is because since it was manufactured, the software is behind from it not being started up yet. They didn't argue but I requested a replacement because I had the issue more than once in one week. The replacement has not had any issues and it has been a month. Like I read in other reviews before I purchased this laptop, the fan does start up after maybe 30 minutes of use but it doesn't run consistently that it is bothersome, it turns on and off pretty quietly. The keyboard doesn't light up which isn't a deal breaker for me but I know it may be for some people. Overall a good laptop that suits my needs.

Overall, it was a Great Buy !! My shopping experience was great !

Not the best laptop. Have had to replace battery twice within first year. WiFi signal terrible. Charger just broke.
