    Computer starts fast and runs fast. Screen is clear and bright. I use it for my real estate business, #rentlessruddells. It does everything I need it to.

    Battery crapped out within the first year. System started running incredibly slow after 13 months(out of warranty) so I paid HP virtual Tech to figure it out. After a couple of hours and a factory reset they determined that the laptop was running hot and needed "thermal paste" applied "somewhere" (I am not tech savvy) and stated I would need to take it in for this repair. I am done with HP. NOT HAPPY. I should have gone with a Dell like my company supplies us - no issues there.

    probably great, we'll see, however retailers need to stop selling returns as brand new items - when booting up 'for the first time' it already had an error on screen from being improperly shut down, already had someone else' email saved in the microsoft account setup, etc. ridiculous.

    For someone who does not know a lot about laptops, I got this basically so I could organize all my photos. I can say this one is quick, easy to navigate and it has a strong battery life. It’s the perfect size to take with me wherever I go.
