Great computer, new for college, long life span, quick

The Envy 360 has a well-laid-out keyboard. The chassis, performance, and battery life are all excellent. It feels pretty nice to type on, with a classy font, neat backlighting, and a smooth texture that match the rest of the chassis well. The trackpad does not work properly half the time. Took it to Geek Squad, they sent it away for repair, I received it 2 weeks later with a note that it had been repaired; but the issue was not resolved and the trackpad still isn’t working. So disappointed, as I bought it in March 2023, and it is still not working properly after having been sent away for repair or replacement. I’ve never had any issues with products purchased at Best Buy before now, but I will be rethinking what I am paying for their services that is clearly not resolving the problem.

I am so glad that I gave this computer a try instead of my Dell's that I have used for a very long time. Love that the keys are larger, for us older kids, and that they light up!! Great sound from the speakers, sleek look and easy to use.

So far, it's serving the purpose as a 2nd laptop. I miss not having the number keys on the side. Also, I find the scroll pad difficult often times. I like to click and scroll using the scroll pad but it doesn't always work.

I can't get it set up the way I want it. I had to call and later bring it in so the geeks could set up my browser, can't get my photos as wall paper. I could go on and on but you get the idea

Typically I am a Chromebook user, but needed a pc to edit photographs. Purchased this pc since it was perfectly suited for Photoshop. Ended up using another photo editing package, but love the pc. Still trying to get used to Windows 11. With time, I believe it will become easier.

Still getting used to it and Windows 11 but so far I really like like this Laptop. I do prefer to use it with a mouse instead of touching the screen but that's just a quirk of mine.1

This is the 3rd one I have purchased in 6 months. I have a remote team of programmers and it holds up to task well. It handles large files with several windows great and the camera is great for teleconference.

Runs fast, graphics are great. BUT only my right speaker actually gives out sound. For this price point, there should be no issues with a brand new laptop.

This is my fun laptop to use mostly as a large luxe tablet. This model has everything I want and setup was a breeze. Upgraded stylus not required. Don't be afraid to get an open box. Very pleased with purchase.

I have wanted a laptop for about a year since I felt limited by my ipad. This is mostly for personal use but it is also for when I am working remotely away from my home office. I am loving it so far!

Very fast Intel Evo i7 processor. Fast response, smooth transitioning between applications. Nice, large 15.6" touch-screen. The solid-state SSD hard drive is nice too. A fantastic computer so far.

Tested the patience of my sales guy as we looked at all the laptops on display and even got a second opinion. Ended up getting the best and brightest screen and keyboard for my money's worth.

The product was satisfactory. The only issue I faced with it was that it was giving blue screen death of error after I have installed Global protect. Other than that, everything is fine

I’m loving this laptop so far. I added word and excel and an anti virus that I wanted. Still hoping to find a non subscription form of adobe Acrobat that is not cost prohibitive.

The speakers on this laptop were not good at all. Secondly the laptop hung within 2 days of buying it. Had to return it because that was a warning it would have trouble in the very near future.

very good i use it almost everyday i like it a lot and i wpuld buy it again ! very good computer on yohr lap. Maybe next time they should add a facetime to it *laugh emoji*
