Told it would be fast. It is not. Volume level is generally poor, other laptops have had better volume. Very disappointed. If I could return and exchange I would. Have had a few weeks.

this laptop started shorting out a few months after purchase and since i was busy working i wasnt able to get it back to best buy until it was 6 months old where they sent it for repairs to some one (not hp) and not only did it come back shipped to my home still shorting out but damaged too. i took it in again stating this and since i didnt get it to them inside a week i had to try to get hp to work with me. I am very unhappy with this outcome and they have lost my big purchase business .

Just quality product and was able to get it for a good price. Sales associate listened to our needs and didn't try to oversell us into something more expensive that we didn't need.

so far pretty happy with it. batter life not so happy with ! they say it should last up to 10 hours I think I'm getting a round 6 hours and I'm not really working it that hard !!!! surfing the web and playing card games

Love HP's. Great Laptop, no complaints. First new laptop in a while and love the bright screen and clear picture. The facial recognition to open is also a really awesome feature.

My fiancee is very happy with her birthday present and it's an amazing laptop for the price. She was excited to see it also can be used as a tablet lol. Good deal.

I got this for my sister so she can start her cyber security class says for UCF she's she loves it it works really good and it keeps a great battery life from which she tells me.

My wifi stop working in 6 months time. It does connect great and fast speed.

I absolutely love this computer. It's so fast and easy to use. Also, the customer service representative at Best Buy in Nashua, NH was excellent and very nice.

I am enjoying the laptop so far. The only thing I don't care for is the glare from the keys when you are under a bright light. It is hard to see the marking on each key. Other than that so far so good!

Battery life isn't great. Electric cord box gets too hot when charging. Nice graphics. It fine for the price.

I’m not a computer expert but this has been whatever so far. The battery literally only lasts like 3 hours before having to charge it. Probably will return.

A previous Dell XPS owner and I like the HP much better. It is lighter and faster than the XPS and does not get as hot as the Dell. Battery life is double to Dell too.

This is the 3rd time I purchased this laptop because of various setbacks. Two of them had issues with the black screen popping up randomly for a few seconds multiple times throughout use. The last one i purchased could not even shut down properly using the power option in settings.

I haven't had a chance to play or use it like i want just yet. But its what i wanted and the visual is great..

My coworker has been having a lot of weird issues with this laptop. I dont think we'll be purchasing any more HP laptops.

It was easy to get used to using it. Has everything I needed. Geek Squad transferred my data from my old laptop to this one perfectly.

I like the laptop. It works really well. I just wish it had a separate 10 key pad for the numbers. The charging cord with the flexible wrap is really nice too!
