    I purchased this laptop on 11/26/22 and it was not loading in June 2023 so I took it to BestBuy on 6/11/23 to repair and it got repaired by HP. Now it is not loading again since 9/23/23 and I went to BestBuy on 9/24/23 and asked it to be replaced and the store manager said it cannot be replaced and I have to deal with HP.

    I thought HP was a great brand, being one of the first in the nation to build computers. But the quality is poor. I purchased this laptop in 10/2022 and since then had multiple issues, now the fan isn't working. I can't seem to get help and HP wants to charge me $300-$400 to repair.
