Took it to Geek Squad at Best Buy they could do nothing because it wouldn't do the problem in front of them. The screen goes blank quite often but it does come back on.

When I went back to the store, I tested out the floor model and it had the same problem. Then I exchanged it for another one, same problem. Do not buy this computer.
