We bought two of these for us. One is great. One developed fatal boot drive error after 4 days use. HP sites list extensive procedures for fixing, sounds like a pretty frequent problem but not an easy fix. NOPE I'm not a programmer. Shouldn't have to spend hours on a complex process to fix my own brand new very expensive computer the first WEEK! Took it back and got a replacement. Haven't had the ambition to go through whole setup process a third time. If I had a do over, I would pick a different brand or model. This was a pain having to travel back to get the replacement and we wasted all that time setting up. Best buy could at least given a credit for time and gas in having to come back with it. Also, discovered keyboard is awkward to use. Keys blend together, can't see the letters and functions easily. Why can't computer designers have a consistent placement for mute buttons, backspace, delete, power, etc? And I miss the number pad on the side.

Not as good as my old laptop
