After making my purchase and setting up an appointment twice I have yet to be able to use my computer. I have been waiting patiently and feel that Best Buy has failed me when it comes to having a working computer ready to go

This is an extremely weak laptop. Are used it for about an hour after setting it up and put it back in the box and shipped it back to Best Buy. No problems with the return. They are very easy to work with.

Bad Laptop Dont buy. Even if you do make sure you have coverage ... I had to return it. Sound card is pretty bad There are other better choices Best Buy has

It's ok, I would have expected it to perform better that my six year old Lenovo. Given the specs being better, but no. Maybe it's Win11

Had an issue within 5 hrs with the system shutting down. Called the HP help center and they wanted to charge me $200 to fix a brand new computer

Both USB-C ports are horrible, one stopped working completely and the other is in and out. There was no constant plug and unplug situation here so there's definitely the malfunction here.

I had heard so many positive things about this product, but the computer did not work properly. I was unable to turn computer off after turning it on. I had to return it and get a refund.

Most frustrating computer I have ever had. Keyboard malfunctions constantly. Unfortunately it took me a couple of weeks to get my programs loaded and by then it was too late to return. It’s essentially non functioning

I just purchased this for my wife because I have the exact same thing ( except WIN10, not 11) that I purchased 2 years ago. Excellent laptop, powerful enough to run Photoshop. If you subscribe to Microsoft 365 (I highly recommend it) you have effectively 1.5 TB of storage. SSD is 512GB. Battery lasts approx 6 hours. I have had to replace the battery (2 years is normal life span) and have had to have the hinges replaced in the 2 years. It is well worth the price.

Unfortuanely I need to exchange my purchase. I'm already experiencing issues with the graphics display that cannot be repaired.

Ok. Friendly workers I’m going to return back for a better one

After charging for 24 hours ad instucted, the battery drains rapidly for no reason. I have not even started programming on it

So far, so good! I really love the sleekness of this laptop and that it’s light weight. The keys don’t make a lot of noise when you type either. My favorite feature so far is the biometric scanner that allows you to open/unlock it. The battery life is Ok. The speed and the screen clarity is exceptional. It’s great!

This open box item did not work and it had to be returned the next day and we paid full price for a new one :(

I purchased the laptop at July 27 th. Unfortunately it stopped working yesterday due to the not changing. I did not do anything wrong and I will return it.

The system screen turns white when using it, do not buy
