I made a great decision.

I bought an open box version of this after chatting with an online customer service rep. So far it's everything I need it to be. The set up was nice and easy, and it runs super smooth. The machine is super responsive. I'm glad I went with the Core i7 version instead of the Core i5 version. I look forward to really digging in to see what this can do.

Crisp display. Able to multi-task without any lags in response. Really appreciate the built-in HP Support System that notifies and smoothly downloads when software updates are available.

I had a few questions getting starting (old dogs don't learn new tricks easily) and Geek Squad was totally helpful and friendly. Someone forgot to include my charger when I picked the computer, but they called me and it arrived two days later at my home by UPS. I am completely satisfied with my new laptop and with BestBuy!
