I bought this laptop as a replacement for my aging MacBook Pro I’ve used for djing. I was a lil nervous moving over to a windows pc rather than stayin in the Apple ecosystem but things have been great. The laptop is very fast and processes songs quickly. I haven’t had any issues. I did follow the optimization recommendations from serato when I loaded it all up and it’s been great. Screen is great. It’s got a lil heft to it but it’s not necessarily heavy. I do enjoy having a 15 inch screen. Other than that, the light up keyboard is great. The mousepad has taken a lil time to get used to but that’s more becuz of the os and coming from using a mbp. Overall very pleased with this purchase! Battery life is decent. I like that it used thunderbird ports to charge and there are multiple usb outlets which was one of my main reasons for converting. I hate having a bunch of dongles attached. It’s just one more thing to have to worry about when setting up for a gig. I don’t have this problem with this laptop.

The computer is great, it’s not slow, the touchscreen doesn’t lag. Tablet mode is very convenient, the keyboard is nice when typing, its not noisy, its smooth. Battery life is great. I used it for school, and now i use for personal use, and still works fine.

Love the 17” screen 16 gig of memory and 1T of storage this one rocks.

Setup was pretty easy even though I’ve used Apple the past few years. I got this for a new job and so far the speed is excellent, the touchscreen is really nice, and has handled multiple tabs easily while I jump from one thing to the next and it was a solid price for what I got. Love it!

Very smooth fast running laptop with face recognition, when you open it to unlock it unlocks in seconds the speed is just amazing! Also fold backwards into like a tablet style , bought for school and its really cool how you can add WhatsApp and texting on it so you can do your work and reply to messages without having to stop and pick your phone up

I've had this laptop for about 4 months now and for the price it is a nice laptop. It does what I need it to do and CorelDraw doesn't crash as much with this computer as it did on my old laptop. The battery life could be better, but I'm always disappointed in the battery life of electronics. If you are looking for a affordable laptop this is a good option.

For the everyday user, this is an exceptional laptop. For power users, it also has a lot to offer at a great price. Hardware is well designed, operates as expected, and has great features such as touch screen and tablet mode. This line made by HP also makes Chromebook which I have as well and would recommend looking at this line (x360) for your needs.

I have always used desk tops in the past. I thought it was about time to try a laptop. I received a lot of help from the Best Buy crew as far as what I needed to Buy. Plus a lot of help from the Geek Squad helping add Webroot and Microsoft 360
