No issues whatsoever, has Face ID to log in which is nice. No glitching, great picture. Lightweight and versatile with touch screen option.

Love this laptop. Switched from a 6 year old desktop at home. Had used a laptop when working at home and got acclimated to one, so when it was time to replace the home desktop, it was a pretty easy decision. This one can be used with touch screen or from keyboard. Keys can be back lit and that's convenient! Love being able to carry it to living room in evening & still spend time with hubby.

I bought this because my old computer was acting up. I am glad I did. I use it mostly for storing pictures taken with my iphone and for writing short stories and essays.

My last HP lasted me 10 years and is still going. I’m very happy with this new model. Purchased on sale, two days later, the price dropped, and Best Buy refunded the difference.

I got lucky a purchase this laptop as open-box deal. No issues what so ever, came in brand new (no scratches or any visible wear & tear). Intel 7 evo is great platform. My main purpose is productivity and multitasking which this laptop fits in perfectly. My own complain is white color, I honestly prefer darker and it is easier on my eyes. I notice white color reflects light and feels like your whole machine is lit up. Other that it is a great value.

I preferred to buy the laptop from the Bestbuy because of its warranty and service. If you don't want any headache what you buy, go directly to the bestbuy locations

The HP Envy was a great purchase. It's sleek and lightweight with a large touchscreen. My son really likes it.

Pros: I love the display. Runs my sims just fine. Cons: battery sucks, even for simple browsing. Lock Screen went black within a week. And the cOmputer got way too hot during charging. One time It was so hot I thought the insides were melted.

Very solid laptop for the price! Graphics card is not up to gaming standards, but more than enough for my business use.

Overall fits the bill for me. Nice keyboard layout, resolution, specs, etc. I have the HP Spectra X360 for the last few years and I have been happy with Rabat laptop as well

It is fast. It has a good display. It's heavy! I am dissatisfied due to personal choices but the greatest dissatisfaction is that it doesn't seem to work with any dock/hub. I had an HP C something that it doesn't work with. I bought another HP dock and it didn't work with that. HP support said it wasn't compatible with that dock so I asked what HP dock is compatible and he said none - try 3rd party docks. I've tried 3, the latest being the new MS Surface Thunderbolt dock. None of them will fire up my external monitor...I don't even check anything else it the computer can't support the monitor through the dock. I'm sure that I've messed around with this computer too long to return it...I just thought that I had to find the "right" dock. Now I'm pretty sure there is no dock that this computer is compatible with.
