Thank goodness we had Total Tech protection. The computer only lasted 20 days of my son using it for on-line high school classes. Best Buy replaced the computer no problem but 20 days on a brand new HP computer. We'll see how long the 2nd one of this model last.

Nice computer. Good price on sale and wonderful to have the GEEK Squad to transfer everything from my old computer to the new computer. Well worth the annual contract with the Geek Squad.

My mom needed a new laptop and this will suit her needs well. I chose it for its lightness and battery life as she travels long distances. At the price, it was a no brainer.

Replaced another laptop with this one. It seems to have newer software and equipment plus more RAM. It’s easier to connect too when I have to connect with wifi from another source.

I like the HP product and what it had. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend this laptop to everyone in the market for a new one.

I actually like this better than my old Envy. Screen is much sharper and brighter. Keys work smoothly and the space bar works no matter where you push the bar. The last one, I had to always touch it on the left end or it wouldn’t work. Battery life is good for how much I use it, so I do not need to charge it after every use.

Overall a very good laptop, speed is good. Size and weight are decent. I wish the screen size was a little larger for what I use it for, but I purchased this model because of the price.

Battery won’t stay charged…poor battery life. The laptop keyboard lights are nice but what the point of the laptop won’t stay charged.

Very good laptop. Screen is bright and has the latest Intel processor. So far, I've had it for a week and have been happy with the purchase. It was on sale and that made it even better.

This laptop as purchased to replace one that died on me and it is fabulous…it has many bells and whistles on it that I am still learning about. I know I will enjoy it!

My ten year old PC went blue screen on me. Purchased this HP - Envy x360 2- in-1 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop to replace it. Everything is running much faster and it has more memory.

I really enjoy my new laptop/first laptop. It’s very easy to use and works perfectly with my circut design space. A lot easier then designing things on my iPhone.

I purchased this computer for my son for college and he is very satisfied with it so far. It was easy to set up and he is anxious to start using it when he starts school next week.

Out of the box, one of the two usb ports does not work. In addition, immediately after my return window ended, the computer would not power on. I spent several hours on the phone and chat with HP in order to get it to turn on. HP will fix the usb port issue, but only if I send the computer to them, which they'll have for 2-3 weeks. I told the rep that I cannot be without the computer for 2-3 weeks, but he insisted on sending me a return box anyway. I need my computer to work remotely right now, so there is no way I can send them the computer. This has been a very expensive lemon.

Exactly what I needed & very fast! I showed the store staff my old laptop, explained how I used it for work and they showed me what it needed as an upgrade. It works great.

HP Envy 360 was a purchase for my son who started college this year. Great computer that met his needs. Affordable, fast and has a good battery life. Would recommend.
