This is my second chromebook and hp has done a great job with their marketing in the world of chromebooks. Very easy to set-up, nice size and the hd screen and speed is well above average. I recommed it for both school and household. Fast and reliable.

Absolutely do NOT buy this computer if you are in college. It is absolutely horrid... Microsoft Office does NOT work offline or online. Google.Docs cannot be translated or downloaded into Blackboard for school accounts. It is a great laptop for internet use, but that is about it. Do not recommend whatsoever for college students.

I bought three of these hp Chromebooks for my 4 yr old, and 7 yr old twins. The computers were one of their Santa gifts and all 3 of my kids were super excited to open them Christmas morning, however, their excitement came to an end when they realized the operating system was not compatible with this virtual game they play called Roblox. If you are a parent and are wanting to buy this computer so your kids stop playing Roblox on your computer think again because it won't work. I returned the computers the day after Christmas. I was very pleased that Best Buy gave me a hassle free return and the money only took 24 hrs to refund. I ended up buying RCA computers.
