starts up quickly, somewhat noisy at times, but not bad

I've have had this PC for a week or 2 now, I have to say its pretty good. i got this on sale and it was a great deal i had to get it. Pros: Boots up fast (because the OS is saved on the SSD) Good amount of Ram (by the time you NEED to add more Ram you'll prob need to get a processor and graphics card or maybe even a new PC) Good Graphics card, runs most games at 60 FPS on high or ultra settings @ 1080 small and light good processor Has a ton of USB ports and has a USB type C Neutral: Can but upgraded but because of its size it wont be the easiest thing to do... Cons: Small SSD (i only use the extra space on it for programs, Chrome, Steam, MS Office etc. all games are on the HDD) Power supply is only 400W, which is enough but i think a bit more would be better Wont be too easy to upgrade, but like i said its not impossible and definitely doable I noticed that it does run pretty warm, well the case does after playing a game for a few hours, i haven't tested it with any programs to measure temp and haven't seen any performance drops yet. i did turn on a box fan in my apt that just so happened to be near by and that made it cool... a bit strange but yeah... Some things i plan to do: For the SSD i'm considering adding a SATA SSD, there are 2 unused slots. i haven't opened it up yet to double check. but i may also try to use a 2.5" SATA SSD and use a SATA to USB C Hard drive enclosure, see how fast that is. i wouldn't use it for anything more then storage of a few games where loading times are important like PUBG. i just want something that's just faster then the internal HDD Upgrading the graphics card at some point not really needed right now since i plan on playing @ 1080 for a while, and at that time i'll have to upgrade the Power source and Fan/cooling. it wont be the easiest thing but its 100% doable

Love the SOlid state drive what a world of difference

It is very efficient in handling new games and the promotion with AMD makes it a great computer for people getting into PC gaming. It is also great at running 3D design programs and Adobe programs. It has great multitasking abilities. It is a little loud when using high graphic settings but it is expected. 4 out of 5.

This was an upgrade to my four year old computer. It's a good unit but I ended up upgrading the SSD from the 256 to 1 TB. The original SSD filled up quickly because too many software companies require installation on the OS drive (Apple for one)

I wanted a mid-range desktop computer with plenty of memory and a dedicated graphics card. This HP fit the bill. The AMD processor is fast and I am happy with the performance on the graphic card that was already installed. The combination of performance and price made this a great deal.

Computer has been great so far. My son plays Fortnite with no problems. Wish that the C: drive didn’t come half used by windows already. Installing Fortnite almost took up the whole drive with just the system and Fornite. The SSD could be bigger but you could always upgrade it.the unit boots fast and runs great.

Bought for around 800 a month ago. Works well, sleek and clean looking, and very compact. Don't look to this PC for easy future upgrades because how small the case is and how weirdly designed the inside is. Runs plenty of programs at the same time well. Streams at 1080p 60fps no problem.

I got this for my grand daughter and grand son. The computer is fast, loads up quickly. I have it mated up to a Samsung 27" curved screen and got the wired mouse and keyboard to be sure the speed was not impacted. Total purchase was over $1800 and I believe it was worth the price.

NEG: No instruction book. Mouse and keyboard are the cheapest flimsiest I've ever seen. Hate the "free trials" of McAfee and office and "free" apps like Hulu. All "free" trials are scams. POS: good gaming for the price

This is a great computer for a smaller option for compactness. Things I didn't realize before purchasing is that not much can be done as far as upgrades go. With that said not much you really need to do cause it is great it is the box.
