so far so good , but the cpu temperature is high when you play the gaming.

The computer worked fine for about a month until it started blacking out on me randomly while in use. The screen goes totally black for several seconds before reappearing. I went through all possible software troubleshooting steps with HP support as well as trying several HDMI cables and power sources before HP told me to send in my tower. They replaced my graphics card which did not fix the issue. They then replaced my HP monitor on the second repair attempt which also did not fix the issue. While my tower was with HP again for the third repair attempt, I received an email saying it would be another month until I received it back because they were waiting for a part, with the pending part listed as the Graphics card (which if you recall was replaced on the first repair attempt). When calling HP support again for at least the 10th time since I owned the computer, the support staff was far from helpful, so I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was put on hold for a couple minutes before the same guy got on the phone and tried impersonating his supervisor! I called him out and was correct! After calling HP support again, I finally spoke to a somewhat helpful support resource who helped cut the month wait in half for me. I received my computer back only to find that I was logged in as HP because they never signed out before shipping my computer back. I created another account for myself, but any changes I tried making to the computer required HP’s account password. I once again called HP support, and was told that password support is not covered under warranty and is out of scope of free support. They tried to transfer me to a “fee based support”. After refusing to pay a fee, and speaking to a supervisor, I am currently in the process doing a factory reset, which is when I decided to write this review. Once this several hour process is complete, I will create my account and see if the computer still blacks out on me. I would give 0 stars if it was an option, as I have never had such a disappointing and unsatisfactory experience with both a physical product and the support services in my life.

it boots up fast and easily processes the volume of data I have.

I would recommend no problems so far but space on it is limited.
