Was looking to upgrade my PC. I was checking several sources for a new system when I came across this one at Best Buy, which was on sale at the time. This HP gaming desktop more than fulfills all of my computing needs. I could not be happier with this selection. Thanks Best Buy.

No issue with the product, great bang for the buck. But I bought 2 systems, 1 for each of my sons, and I only got 1 of the bonus offers that should’ve came with each PC. Considering it was for 2 big name games that are brand new to the market it’s a bit disappointing.

I bought this computer as a replacement for another HP desktop. It meets all of my needs as a home office user. I recommend that you have it setup by the Geek Squad optimize and install any added software. It made the startup and initial use experience much better.

I have been using this desktop for about 5 months as my daily driver without any big issues. Great gaming performance. I can run the games that I play at maximum settings and still get good FPS.

I use mainly for large Photograph Files (over 200,000 photos) and edit with PS, Topaz to sell my photos on line. Editing fast, large Raw files from Canon Mark IV. I have three computers and wanted another desk top. Price was lowest, very happy. Quiet, small.

My old pc bit the dust, so I needed a new one. This gaming pc is probably overkill for my uses, but it was marked way down when I got it and it has performed flawlessly for the almost 2 years that I have owned it.

It plays from your current games on steam to your old school games WOW the best PC I had EVER! Super fast with the 16GB Ram loads up SUPER fast with a nice 1TB hard drive on D Drive and a 118 drive for a C Drive ;)

I use this computer for Graphic Editing and business. I run multiple monitors and it is amazing how fast this things runs and actually keeps up with the full load that I put it under.

I did quite a bit of research before I purchased this computer. I originally purchased at $1200, the very next day it went on sale for $889. So what I thought was a bargain, turned out to be an even better deal. No complaints this far.

This desktop is not used for gaming, but was purchased to have the speed and durability of a gaming desktop. It downloads very quickly. We are extremely pleased with this purchase.

Very good computer for playing games of all kind can play on high res graphics and intensive games. The Radeon graphics card tends to crash a lot, will need to be replaced.

super fast, the storage capacity is awesome. I needed something to help me with my picture and video editing. this pc was recommended by store staff and I'm grateful the he was there to help me. very happy with my purchase.

I bought this pc on sale to replace my old computer that crapped out. Plays blizzard games pretty well. Fan gets a little loud if I don’t have headphones on, but not so much that it’s an issue. Will probably upgrade.

Bought tuis for my son to play games on and for my self to do podcast. He says it is way faster then any other computer he has had and it does an amazing job gor me in producing my live podcast.

Overall, this has been a very good computer so far. The only minor issues I have had with it are that, by default, it saves everything to the solid-state drive rather than the main hard drive(though this can easily be changed) and the keyboard which comes with it. The function keys on this keyboard default to being used as "action keys" for things like adjusting the volume and you need to hold down the fn key while pressing them in order to use them as normal function keys. Unfortunately, there is also no fn lock key or any other way to make them default to being function keys, as far as I could find. Especially for a gaming PC where many games use the function keys, this can be rather annoying.

I have purchased more than one of these for a few projects. The only concern I have with these computers is if you plan on switching to higher clock speed 16gb memory modules, you may find the memory doesn't run at the proper clock speed, despite the motherboard specifications stating they can run at the higher values. I've also had no luck with manually changing the timing values with software to modify the memory clock. HP Firmware is historically not overclock friendly, but you can still use Ryzen Master to overclock your CPU should you wish to do so. All of that aside though, I'm overall impressed with these for the purpose I use them for, and for the price they are a pretty good pickup.

I got it from Best Buy while it was on sale, my daughter loves it! It was the greatest gift we could give to ourselves this Christmas 2018. Very fast and very powerful. Thank you Best Buy.

This computer was purchased for it's processor speed and live streaming capabilities. It has served us well and if I had the opportunity to purchase it again, I would buy the same one.

It’s my first gaming computer and my first time running an and system but I have had zero issues. It runs every game I’ve installed flawlessly and yes I would recommend to a friend.

Set up was easy. This thing is an absolute beast. We game almost non-stop and have had 0 issues. Quiet, lightning fast and super reliable.
