    I was anxious about purchasing a refurbished product and it appeared I had good reason to be. One of the keys on the keyboard did not work - a basic feature I would assume would be checked during the "rigorous" geek squad review process. If something that simple could be missed, what else might have been missed during the review of this refurbished process. I returned it prior to finding out if anything else was wrong. I will pay the extra for a new product.

    Bought this for my son. He plays a lot of games and it works extremely well. Bought a 4gb ram for it and made it even faster.
