I enrolled in the following program at the Best Buy store in Erie, Pa: BEST BUY™ EASY REPLENISH™ - NEVER RUN OUT OF INK Get the ink you need, when you need it. Automatically. • When ink runs low, new ink is ordered automatically • Get 10% off and free shipping • No subscription fee, cancel anytime When I check the status online it indicates that the program was cancelled the same day I enrolled in it. I did as the email suggested and it still showed as cancelled. This was the second time I enrolled in it. I had to go to the store and have them remove it from the system and they enroll me again. So it's failed twice and even when I call the Beat Buy toll free help they don't know how to fix it. All they say is go back to the store where I enrolled in the program and the people at the service desk will fix it. Best Buy has poor support and doesn't know how to correct the system they created.

Like the printer and the ink replenish deal. It was a little difficult to sign up for the printer and ink deal. I'm actually still not sure if I signed up correctly.

After having read the online reviews and all the fine print of HP's Instant Ink, it seemed to be a no-brainer. I suggest you do the math! Compare the price of HP ink cartridges to the cost of the HP Instant Ink program. I believe you will be pleasantly surprised by the savings. If I'm incorrect, let me know, just please compare HP cartridges to HP Instant Ink cartridges (in other words, like apples to apples).

The printing has been great for a teacher. Some of the colors are not as clear as I would hope, but still very useable for my purposes.

Causes less headaches when I need ink in my printer

Okay printer for new beginners was easy to set up.

Instant Ink is the only way to go. I got this for my mother's new printer. It is very affordable and you can change your settings according to the amount you print and it automatically orders and sends ink to your home.

This is a grear feature, didn't even realize i was low; til it notified me. Then it placed the order for me and emailed me it had done so with charge details. Great product offered by Best Buy

We were hesitant to purchase our ink using an automatic replacement plan. It has proved to be a convenient and hassle free way enhance our use of technology.

The Easy Replenish ink program is a great idea, but I have had mixed success with it. If I am out of town for a while, my computer goes into sleep mode or even powers off and I lose the connection with the program. Then I have to reinstate with them to have it work again. Also some months I don't need copies , but lose credit for those. The next month I exceed my limit. Mixed Success.

I am loving this printer. It's just the right size for my workspace, and easy to change the cartridges. Couldn't have made my life any easier.

The HP instant ink program is fantastic (for me). If you look into the program and it suits your printing needs, it’s worth it!

Did a lit of printing when I first got it. New ink arrived nearly immediately. Now, not much use but it monitors itself.
