I love my new printer because it also scans, copies and faxes. I needed all 4 uses of 1 product. So for the price I paid for all 4 features, I got an excellent deal.

This is a great wireless printer and is not too big for my desk. Was easy to pair with the computer and is working great. I highly recommend getting the Geek Squad to come help set it up. So helpful!

Paper feed tray does not have visibility of remaining paper. Double sided print jams occasionally and clearing the paper is difficult. Easy set up. Prints quickly. Has a lot of functionality for the price point.

Great printer, copier & scanner combo! Easy to set up and use. You can print anything wirelessly as well! I send documents to the printer through my iPhone all the time.

The 6968 all in one printer from HP has been reliable and superb in my daily scanning, Faxing, copying and printing tasks. I signed up for instant ink and have save a lot of money on ink. I would recommend this printer and get the instant ink. There are plans for every budget and printing needs. The Best Buy associate explained this to me and with no commitments attached I decided to try it out and have been pleased. I recommend that you either leave the printer on and let it sleep mode all the time or have a power on/off schedule daily. This keeps the ink primed and less problems with the printer.

Purchased this printer to replace a different name brand Color laser printer. This ink jet is not quite as fast as the laser, but the print quality is great and setup was easy.

Bought the HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 Wireless All-In-One Instant Ink Ready Printer. Works great and picture quality is good. Love having the fax if I need one. It had a nice price too.

In my opinion hp printers are great all around ... price point , reliability, customer support , options , and all around functionality . With that being said hp has always been the way for me.

Easy to set up. From box to printing in only a couple minutes. Been using it for a few weeks now with no complaints. Prints quickly and AirPrint works really well.

I did my research before buying this printer, primarily for home use purposes. it has been a month since i bought it, it took time to install it, my son thinks i was not skilled enough to set it up, though i felt it took longer than i thought.

The printer is easy to set up on a wireless connection. Have only owed it a couple of months but have had no trouble. Have printed pictures and made copies, everything has looked great.

Easy to setup and connect to my network and the other devises in my home. Print Quality is great. Normally I do not make many copies or fax much material but I'm looking forward to using these features.

Setup was simpler than another printer I tried. Install went smoothly and printing (good quality) began immediately. Haven't needed copy/fax/scan functions yet, so can't comment.

After using an old 4-in-one that I bought in 2004, it was amazing to see how technology has evolved. The copy & scan functions of this HP product is 5 times faster and the quality is much clearer. The ink cartridges are also more affordable than my old ones. Should have upgraded years ago!

The printer was very easy to connect to my wifi and works great with AirPrint. For the price great quality of print and scanning from phone and faxing are all great benefits for the price.

Fast printing and great scanning. Only flaw so far was that it has manual 2-sided scanning. Ended up returning it for a higher model. But overall great for printing (and one sided scanning)

The printer isn't bad for what it cost on sale at Best Buy. I think it is a little overpriced at regular price. If you are printing a lot of pictures or documents you may want to get the next size up. The good thing with this printer is that it was the smallest one that gave you the four toners to install that separate the colors and BW. This saves you money on toner vs getting the all in one color toner that needs to be changed if you have only depleted one color.
