You have to turn the printer off than on again in order for the computer to see the printer on the network. I have checked several websites, and there is no resolution for this issue as this seems to be a common issue among a lot of folks who have this printer. Outside of that, I like the printer.

All in one printer

It's alright, sometimes the wireless connection goes out for whatever reason, we have to power on & off sometimes right after powering on. It is easy to use for faxing and copies, but sometimes printing is a hassle when connection fails, maybe our computer..no it does it with our cell phones too. It's an okay all-in-one, if not level of will make more sound, found this out the hard way, but quieter than our previous all in one.
