I bought this printer for my college student to replace an older HP that he had. So far, we have had no issues with it, and it seems to be a smart purchase. It was also on sale for a very good price, so that was an added plus!

I love this product. I went it with no idea what I was looking for in a printer and am thrilled with what I got. The wireless works perfectly and makes printing and scanning incredibly convenient. Love my purchase!

This printer is amazing. I love the touch screen feature and for the price i got it for you cant beat it. My wife loves the fact she can print from her to the printer. The quality of the prints are great also.

I'm surprised at how easy this printer was to set up/install. I've only had it a few weeks but prints easily and produces good results. It's a little bigger than my last printer so be prepared it takes space. The only complication I encountered was it wasn't feeding paper through without wrinkles and stopping. I finally opened the whole unit and found a little round --- half inch white lid-looking piece. It doesn't appear to have come from the printer but somehow found it's way inside and was stopping the paper from feeding. Once I took that out, it works just fine. I've also used the copy function and it works very well. I don't anticipate using the fax on this machine so elected not to set that part up. I only deducted one star for the spare part found inside.

I purchased this to replace a cannon that was 3 times the cost of this one. Setup took awhile as instructions skipped one step But once done it's super fast and print quality is great. Best printer I've owned.

This is a great printer for college students who need a printer to use at their dorm. It’s printable from your laptop and also your iPhone. A great price for a multi functional printer .

Bought this as a replacement for our Kodak printer. Print quality is good. Have had some issues where printing was light if the printer is not used constantly, a quick self clean clears it up.

The device prints, scans and copies and provides all the home office features we need. The price was reasonable and the added bonus of having the ink home delivery feature made it an easy choice.

This all-in-one is terrific and does exactly what I need.

This printer is very easy to use. All the features are similar to the model 8710. My only disappointment is that the ink cartridges are so much smaller, therefore not likely to last as long.

The printer does a fantastic job at printing but if you print 2-sided, it is very noisy. I’m not sure if ours is faulty or if others have that same issue but for the print quality, I can’t complain.

I've owned HP inkjet printers for years now. Originally I didn't like the "multicolor" cartridges because you had to replace all colors even if you were only out of one. Then they finally started using individual cartridges; only problem with that is the fact we don't do high volume printing at home. Every time the printer cycles it does a cleaning and wastes ink. I cannot say how many times I've had to buy new cartridges because they were empty due to cleaning cycles. Now HP has their instant ink service. For about $3 a month I get 50 pages of printing, and they send me any ink I need before I need it. I would typically have to purchase full sets of ink about twice a year, now for a quarter of that cost I have all the ink I might ever need without having to go to the store.

I bought this printer to replace my old one, and it has been great. I have already scanned a few documents, and made plenty of prints. I bought it on sale, but this printer is definitely worth the full price.

Purchased the printer for office use with the HP ink monthly deal, while we don;t do too heavy printing it works well, easy to connect, and includes fax and copier. Good price

Great product, good with photos scans, but is not quick.

I had a little trouble signing up for HP instant ink, but I called support and now love my instant ink program. It’s a good quality printer and fairly quick. It’s the best printer I’ve ever owned.

Had this same printer before & after 2 years plus it went bad the sensor (black ink) but love it and purchased it again. Easy set up and never gave me any issues for its lifespan.

I upgraded from an older HP printer that would take a long time to buffer. I'm pleased with the printer's performance, price, and setup. The only negative is that the printer doesn't have a SD card slot.

Great printer. Color is great. Lots of options including the ability to email documents to it for printing from anywhere outside of home

My purchase of the HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 was suggested by the sales person at Best Buy. He was right, it is easy to use for a home printer and has all the functions I need. I am very happy with my purchase.
