So far…..a great printer for the price, with so many options, not your standard table top model, but won’t be disappointed, HP do need to work on its wireless capabilities

Does "Tabloid" paper in tray. A plus for contractors needing scale prints from Plans...

Good printer and does 11 X 17 and letter size sheets with 2 trays. Fairly easy to connect and it responsive. I would recommend this to anyone that is working from home.

Great printer. I bought this to replace a comparable Brother printer which dies after 4 years. This has all of the features I need and prints the paper sizes I have to have for projects.

I just purchased and the ONLY reason i purchased is because it can print on 11x17 paper. Exactly what i was looking for but in HP brand. I've had it four days and haven't been able to print. It jams while feeding the paper thru.

To new to decide on how the printer is working out for me. I have had some paper jams that I won't think would be happening with a new printer.

This was a replacement of a HP Wide Format Printer.

I purchased this printer and set it up and it didnt scan, there was something wrong with the automatic paper feeder. I spent 2 hours on the phone with HP support and they confirmed it did not work so sent me another. The one they sent had the same issue! It took me some time to get time to call them back again and they again confirmed that it did not work. I waited too long to call (over 90 days) however and they will not refund or send another. I realize that I waited too long but each time you call its 3 hours. who can do that? Anyway, my advice is to stay away from this one.

This printer works great when everything goes right but any little hiccup and good luck figuring it out. The "virtual assistant" can't answer anything. Google works better. But why should you have to google every little problem. It should just work. For example, you can't scan by hitting the scan button on the computer, you have to open the app on your computer and hit scan, then it takes about 5 minutes per page. Ridiculous. And you can't choose ledger paper. After an hour on google I learned that the printer calls ledger tabloid. seriously? In 2020 HP can't build a printer that just works and is user friendly? Horrible printer!
