    I had a different printer for years which had a paper jam, while unjaming found a loose spring. The cost to repair was prohibited so a new printer was purchased and installed using the HP printer app and it went quite smoothly and no problems. Being a home user it works just great for me

    Overall, a good printer. Three minor exceptions: First, the print output tray extender is very flimsy to the point it could possibly break. Second, you have to press the touch buttons multiple times to get them to work. Third, depending on your wifi connection, the response time lags some when want to print something.

    Its a good printer and he wireless radio is better than the previous HP Printer I had. It keeps a consistant connection to my wireless network better. The print quality is great and fast as well.
