Awesome sauce. Does everything I need it to do. Highly recommend it!

I cannot describe how much I hate this printer. It disconnects frequently, the touchscreen wants me to press half a dozen times before it responds, it spools for a minute half the time I try to print, and mismatches the paper size far too often. When they try to make printers “smart” they take away flexibility and precision!
I spent literal hours trying to print Christmas cards and envelopes I had no trouble with in past years. (Even using Photoshop/In Design, which can be very precise - the printer would try to override my margins and bleeds… and mismatch paper size for every single copy when I tried to do a hack to get it the way I wanted.)
This week, I was trying to print tax forms for our business, and I had to wait far too long between each one - and it randomly just decided not to print some of the pages/jobs in the queue. This is a BASIC task that is unacceptable.
And instant ink? It may be my newest enemy in this war. The connection is already bad, but limiting how many pages I can print? And if I cancel the subscription it just can shut down the cartridges we’ve already paid for? Not to mention, it didn’t recognize the new ink when I installed it.
What happened to the old workhorses I could just send a page to and it would print? We’ve had a massive business printer, professional photo printers, and basic little deskjets that I would gladly re-buy if they existed anymore.
Stop trying to be smart and just WORK. Please.

The automatic ink delivery feature is a game-changer, eliminating the hassle of constantly checking ink levels and making emergency trips to the store. This proactive approach ensures you never run out of ink at a crucial moment, providing a seamless printing experience. Plus, the predictable monthly costs make budgeting a breeze, as you no longer need to worry about the fluctuating prices of individual ink cartridges. It's a truly value-driven service that simplifies printing for everyone!

Pretty easy to set up for a computer novice. Ink cartridge installation instruction had some issues as the video tutorial did not mention the cartridge unwrapping and plastic lever removal. That was on the plastic covering on the ink wrapping. Printer worked the first time and I was successful in printing wirelessly from my laptop. Print quality is good for a low cost printer. I haven't tried the copy or scan functions yet.
