    Had a horrible time trying to set up/// took all day and lots of online reading!!! Still not 100% fixed but will work on it some more later.

    It took some time to set up, and the paper tray upper door is too flimsy and does not want to close after u lift it.

    Bought this printer and it will not print multiple pages from Microsoft word. I spent over an hour on hp support and they could not rectify my problem.

    I'm not totally convinced that i like this printer. It takes an awfully long time to start printing. It won't accept more print jobs until the one its working on finishes. I need to use morefeatures to fully review it.

    The printer seems to print nice. But the AI junk is a joke. This is the second printer I got. The first one didn't work and HP remotely worked on it with no luck I returned it. The ink cartridge run out of ink fairly fast. HP almost makes you enroll in the Ink program or purchase their ink, I don't think 3rdparty ink cartridges will work good. Almost sorry I got this printer.

    I purchased this item, attempted to install it. [Have had 3 other HP printers in past / no particular trouble.] I realized I did not have time to complete the task as I needed to pack for an important trip. Upon returning from the trip, I spent about 4 hours attempting to install. Even with help, I was unable to get past the printing of the "alignment sheet" - with more help, the message I received from HP was: "Looks like we have no support for you ....." I returned the product to Best Buy. It shouldn't be that complicated to install a home printer. Really.

    Would like to have port to add memory stick for scanning. Seems very light weight … the paper extender for print documents needs to be enlarged with better extender
