I rate this item a 4 at this time. Some good points are its light weight, space saver and instant ink ability. The bonus instant ink and price was a plus.

This printer was very easy to set up and with the ink provided it was up and running right away. It works just like my other inkjet and does two sided printing as well. It was set up to do that when I first used it. The set up was easy through the application that was available. It found the network automatically.

I purchased a Canon small printer for use at a friend's home while I am visiting her -- it printed just fine and copied just fine -- what it didn't do was scan easily and that was one of the main reasons I bought it. So -- off I went and bought the HP 8135 printer (I have a 9120 at my residence). It worked flawlessly and the scanning was easy and perfect -- as always. I should have bought this in the first place -- thank goodness for HP!!! Thank you.

Installation was easy to do. The printer works well and prints beautiful copies.

While I agree that this printer at this price point is an excellent value, it is still an inkjet printer and the ink nozzles will dry out without regular use. I switched from Epson to HP to avoid that problem, unaware that to avoid it I would need to spend hundreds more dollars. Still, in terms of my needs (personal use), the item is a very good value and the team at Best Buy were exemplary in the knowledge guiding me to this purchase.

Easy to set up and easy to use with paper, both color and black and white. Haven't tried to print photos yet

Excellent printer. Easy to use many printer options. The air printing through WiFi is so easy to use! This machine is a dream come true in terms of printing quality, ease of use, cost effectiveness. Absolutely recommend!

I love the printer. I had an older HP Printer that finally died, so I wanted to get something very similar. This one seems to fit the bill! So far..........so good!

Excellent quality and easy to install. Product is as advertised.

Was last year’s model, so it was a really good price. This replaced a 10 year (plus) old HP Office Jet, so far it works smoother than the old one. Set up was a breeze!
