This is the only printer I will ever buy as long as it is still available. I've never had any problems with it and it prints out pictures and regular documents, as well, with precision and looks great on the paper.

Purchased this printer to replace my previous HP printer. This newer HP printer is the most frustrating thing I have EVER owned. As stated in previous reviews, the printer will not stay connected to WIFI. I am constantly reseting my router, reseting the modem, unplugging and re-plugging the wires... it is extremely frustrating when I would like to simply print a Word document quickly.
It is still under warranty so I have spent countless hours with the customer service reps attempting to troubleshoot and it will print for a day, then it disconnects again :_(
I have switched from wireless to connecting via ethernet but it has the same issue. Customer service has sent me a replacement printer and I still have the same problems. To any tech wizards reading this, I am not accepting user error as an excuse. It should not be this difficult to print. It is a printer, that is used simply for printing children's worksheets. Nothing extravagant. The printer should be plug and play. I should not have to change my internet frequency, reset devices constantly, unplug device, reset factory settings.... it has been beyond frustrating.
If you made it to the end of this rant, thank you for listening to me vent BUT heed my warning, save yourself the frustration. This printer is too expensive to have so many connectivity issues.

This printer came highly recommended, but I'm not sure why. It has regular connectivity issues; it is incredibly slow to start up/print (I'm not sure what it is doing in the many movements with which it seems to be engaged); it doesn't have good multi-copy functions, etc.

This printer is reasonably priced and works well. It was fairly easy to setup. Replacement ink is a little pricey but most printers replacement ink are pricey.

Works great. Love doublesided printing to save paper. Storage tray under makes this more compact. Free ink trial is an extra bonus. Fax scan copy ...it does everything

I meeeaaannn…it’s HP! The King of Home Printers! GREAT printer - GREAT print quality! Got it on sale. I previously had the one below it, and the print quality was garbage. Was able to exchange it easy-peasy though. A big con is pretty much being forced into the subscription plan with the enticement of free ink for a few months.

The device that catches the printed page is awful!
Having to change paper size on the printer as well as on the computer from which you are printing is a pain.

Compared to my previous HP printer this printer takes a few seconds to actually start printing. Don't know reason for the slight delay. Other than that it prints OK......

It’s okay unfortunately nothing like our old HP Printer. Made extremely cheap, but expensive to buy. I would still recommend it as it’s the way things are made nowadays.

I have had many HP printers before. This has been most frustrating one to date. The screen is small and slow to respond. I canNOt hook it up to my Samsung Galaxy S22Ultra phone. It will connect to Ipad abd desktop wirelessly, but not S22Ultra. Spent hours on phone with geek squad and then HP to no avail. Now working with cell phone provider. It is compact and it does a great job of printing. I have used ink service before and that worked great. Trying to decide if taking it back as I do have to print fom phone at times.⁹
