The printer is a great replacement and works well with my computer

I guess I am an HP fan. The quality and service life continues to satisfy me. Thus far this printer meets all my expectations. This printer replaced a 10 year old HP printer.

It was a very easy installation. The print is more than excellent.

Great printer with many options! Definitely worth the price!

The printer, when it's working, prints fine. However, it has taken 4 trips from the Grek squad to get it working today. It has a pop up that says the printer is off line, but if you wait 20 seconds it will print the selection.

Easy setup, not too big of a printer but still has the paper drawer so paper feeds properly, and looks great. So far, it has worked perfectly! Exactly what we needed.

Works mostly like the first printer. Seemed to have trouble with HP Smart, but like the HP Scan feature.

Love the easiness and simplicity of this printer. The setuo was pretty quick and easy.

I had more problems getting the computer set app than I expected. sometimes prints find not a problem. other times it doesn't want a print. doesn't recognize my settings. My paper size and things like that. tells me do something technical which I don't understand so I can't do it. need the making structures a little bit clearer than sending me a brochure with a bunch of pictures on it and let me try to figure out what they're calling me.

I usually like to wait a little while after buying a product so I can really test it out and get a feel for what the product is like. I bought this printer at the end of August 2025. At first, it was a wonderful printer. I had no issues and it quickly and without issue printed for me. It was a little annoying that I *had* to print using the HP app when printing from my iphone, but otherwise a nice printer. It is now February 5, 2026, not even 6 months from the time I got it, and it has been giving me a "cartridge or account" error every time I try to print. I saw my payment method was about to expire so I updated that but to avail. I tried everything the website said to try, then decided to do a factory reset. It is really and truly dead now. It has been stuck on a loading screen saying "preparing" for 30 minutes, and after restarting the factory reset, it still just says "preparing." I know printers don't normally last longer than 2 years, but 6 months just seems wasteful and poorly designed.

Handles all of the work we need it to do. Smaller than our previous all in one printer. Very helpful support to set up the new printer. In store staff was very helpful also.

very easy to operate and set up very nice looking haven't tried the fax part yet, but I'm sure it will be great. The printer was on sale so I know I got a good deal on it,

It is a nice printer and prints great! The size fits my desk perfect! It was a reasonable price and that is a plus! The style adds to my décor in my office.

This s a replacement of an older HP printer. The old printer had the ability to keep the lid open to place items on the glass. This doesn't seen to work where I have it placed at my desk. The old printer had the paper catch tray come out when actively printing. This one doesn't have that ability.

Printer works pretty good. Have had some struggles setting it up on some wireless devices but seem to have worked through the bugs.
