Printer is easy to set up and use. Price a little high for quality of printer.

This printer is great. So easy to set up, and I am a novice as far as setting printers ups. If I can do anyone can do it!! So easy to send faxes. Love this printer!!

I hate this printer. I doesn't stay connected and its even worse when the power goes out. Would not buy another one.

This is a great printer. Scans and prints effortlessly. HP Instant Ink. The only negative was the setup could have been more clear. There was tape on the paper tray and it was not really clear how to remove it. Other than that, it connected to WiFi and the computer effortlessly.

Small compact design, only print every now and then. Good choice!

Awesome printer!! In the past I only purchased Cannon Printers but I am glad that I decided to try HP brand. I love the speed that it prints and the way it prints my photos.

Had some difficulty in setting up the printer. Called geek squad and they were able to get it up a running. Have not had any problems since.

Easy to setup and easy to use. HP Smart Ink is the best ink solution instead of paying 100’s of $$ when you need ink

Very nice Inkjet printer. Loved both the low price and the way it prints. I have never been disappointed by Best Buy and the products they sell. Thank you for everything you folks do.

Feels cheaply made, very flimsy compared to the previous HP printer it is replacing. Paper supply drawer is difficult to remove and replace after refilling paper. Touch control panel is unresponsive, must tap heavily on button to get a response. Automatic paper and ink service is a ripoff. Once you use all your free ink the printer will not work even if you purchase a genuine HP ink cartridge from Office Depot, Staples, etc. When my free replacement period expired I cancelled the automatic replacement plan and replaced my now used up free black cartridge with one I purchased at Staples and the printer stopped working. It told me that I had to replace my free color cartridges that still had plenty of ink since I had canceled my subscription. Somehow it knows what cartridges came from the replacement plan compared to a cartridge purchased from another source.

I have bought HP products forever and the computers, lap-top and printers are excellent, high -quality products. I highly recommend them. I would never consider another brand.
