This is the cheapest made, loud and worst HP printer I have owned and I have had three HP printers prior to this one. The paper tray defaults to an odd size paper - until you finally find the adjustment button on the bottom. The paper doesn't line of very well in the back. Even HP support couldn't help with the tray issues, I even sent them pictures while on the phone marked up showing the very poor design of the paper tray. After an hour on the phone...... they sent me a top cover for the paper tray - nothing that I needed and nothing that solved the issue with the confusing cheap paper tray! It was truly overpriced for the quality.

Overall, a good printer. Fairly easy to set-up. Print speed is on the slow side and loading paper is a bit clunky. I would buy it again.

Printer works well ink not to expensive like my old printer connected to all devices with wifi or hard wire it use it both ways

Great printer. Its a very Friendly process to go through the prompts on the screen, easy to set up .

This is the worst printer I have bought ever. HP can't even Get it connect to hp smart even connect via Wi-Fi or ethernet. It says to power it on and connect it to the internet. It is both either way Wi-Fi or ethernet. It is powered on and connected. Reset everything 50 times like they asked it still didn't work. Going to have to return it.

My old printer wouldn't connect with my laptop so purchasing this printer has been incredible. I like that I have the option to use Bluetooth or with the USB so I can print from my laptop or cell phone.

The fax needs to be reset and shoe me how to work it.... the scanner is not working correctly...what do I have to do to get it running correctly.....I have called to report the problem NO ANSWER BACK.

A printer that does it all. Had an HP8020 All in one that this replaced so looking to the same style of printing I have come accustomed to..

We've had nothing but trouble with this printer since day one. There was no user manual (Operators Manual) included with the printer. We still have trouble with the operation of the printer. We're very dissatisfied.

This produce does all that it claimed that it could do. It is one of the few printers that will allow legal size paper to be used. That's what I use in my everyday work.

For the price, hard to beat, however, it takes a really long time to turn on, to print or to do anything else.

printer has been a little finicky, but Geek Squad worked out the bugs

Im happy with this printer. I had an Epson printer that stopped scanning. I had to uninstall and install all the time. This one scanned first time and everytime. On little issue is tge print clarity, but otherwise everything is good.

I have been through 4/5 different agents and going around the same circle trying to get a free ink card NOT included in the packing box. Niw i have to drive back to the store to talk to the store agents again

It is a good printer. The only thing I done like is the that the touch screen is to sensitive.to the touch.

nice printer, would rather have tried the new liquid ink HP printer, (but no stock by Best Buy)

Was not easy to set up. Screen directions were confusing. Once it was set up it worked fine.

So far I'm very happy with this printer. My old printer [Brother) passed after only 2 years. I'm especially grateful from the help I received from Geek Squad& salesman, Emilio fot his suggestion.

Good, fast, not too big or heavy, perfect for home work and students with quick printing jobs.
