I had to get a new printer. My old HP Envy printer wouldn't catch the paper anymore. This is ok. I liked my old one better. For being an office printer it is very slow and has four ink cartridges instead of just two like my last one. I can't find how to change the picture size either. Connecting to the Internet wasn't to bad. Getting my old printer off took longer on some of my devices. I would not get this printer again even though the price was good. It take to long to do everything.

The printer is fine but the instant ink offer is a scam. To get 'free ink' you have to allow HP to control your printer with a subscription. HP counts the # of pages you print and sends new ink accordingly. Printer won't print if you cancel subscription. Way to intrusive!

I better just keep quiet about this! I would not buy this printer. The instructions from HP, are very bad and very out dated. To get Best Buy to hook it up to my HP computer, they have to come out to your home or business to do it. (WI-FI) at an extra cost of $133.oo more.no matter what.I would not recommend This product or company until A simplier way of hooking it up.

Like the printer- don’t like that you have to take “instant ink” for three months and then cancel if you don’t want to pay the fee; but, so far it is a good, dependable printer. Best Buy sales person was great!

Love this printer that is WiFi capable. I can print with my surface tablet while sitting in the living room. Getting it set up was a little difficult because not all the setup information was in the manual.

I bought above indicated item with 3 free months of instantink from hp. It has been nightmare. Wont print because i have enroll it to forced paid subscription after 3 months. Completely complicated garbage.

This is a very sturdy machine, capable for what I needed to do in the office. As usual with HP, set aside 2-3 hours to set it up. Other than that, it works great and InstantInk is still the way.

We had an HP printer for over 10 years that we loved. We bought this one to replace it and have been very disappointed. In the four months that we have had it, it has already had issues. The screen said there are firmware issues and critical issues… telling us to restart or contact a representative. This never happened with our previous printer. Our previous printer’s ink cartridges lasted so long and with this one, we already need to replace one after minimal printing. We truly miss our HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 Plus and would not buy the HP OfficeJet Pro 8130e again.
