    So far (two months) this printer is working well. It has everything two retired, home based people need in basic printing and scanning operations.

    It takes forever to print. I have to restart it every now and then because I get a weird error message. Looks good once it does print. Don’t waste your money

    Printer works fine. Deserves 5 stars; however, the amount of ink represented was not true, and with minimal household printing, 2 Colors ran out within 4 weeks.

    Problematic in setting up. Geek Squad could not help and gave me a phone number of HP customer service. I called them and had extreme difficulty in understanding them. Also disappointed in the quality of "HP Smart", the app interface for the printer. Slow and very unprofessional designed, especially compared to the Epson Printer I had previously

    This is very slow upon startup and the refills are way too expensive for what you can get out of it.

    It sometimes works. Often will only print in black and white even though it set to print at color. My deskjet was better than this and half the price.
