    I bought this a few weeks ago to replace an old HP I had for several years. I do a lot of scanning and this printer is unusable if you want to save anything that looks professional. It works fine when scanning on the glass, but every page has a vertical black line going through it when scanning through the feeder. Unfortunately, I missed the return window, so I'm stuck with it.

    Set up needs to be simplified. Assistance should be readily available. Copier worked. Printer did not work and Geek Squad could not get it to work.

    Unable to sign in and completely connect my current insta ink account to this new printer. HP insta ink agent was having problem getting my printer connected and transfer my call to another agent. The call dropped and he closed out the work order online. Now will have to start over with another agent. Ink cartridges are low and will have to pay out of pay to complete my project.

    This was challenging to get "set up" myself without assistance but I do like many of the features that are offered. As for use, I am just beginning to incorporate it into my printing needs.

    extremely disappointed, the ADF only works sometimes, once it goes to sleep I have to unplug it for a few seconds to get it to come back on also I think it is a gimmick when they 3 months of free ink but nothing tells you how to get the free ink
