    My first one, only 6 months old,broke after a paper jam. The second one was difficult to install. Honestly HP's website had been hacked and led me to a unscrupulous third party. Nuff said.

    Printing interruptions are a constant . The printer panel indicates the unit is connected to the Internet but I continue to receive the message indicating otherwise
