    This printer was recommended by the NY Times Wirecutter. I've wanted a good quality home printer for years. Finally broke down and paid good money for a good printer. Print quality and speed have been fantastic. Zero paper jams. Dual-sided printing is perfect. I also love the "HP Smart" printing/scanning software- it's super easy to use.

    Wonderful printer and easy to set up. I would have given it 5 stars but the power cord needed to be replaced because it kept falling out. When I went online to see what to do, I discovered that this is a common problem. I took care of it by getting a replacement through Amazon.

    Have always used HP printers-no comparison! My only disappointment is that I haven't yet found out how to print on 2 sides of the same paper. A phone call to HP is in order. And the new HP InstaInk program is a step forward to the way you use ink. This printer works quickly and efficiently. Enjoying my purchase!

    Bought this to replace a 5 year old HP multifunction printer that failed. The unit is large, but fast and efficient. One drawback is that the ink is a bit pricey but so far the starter ink has lasted a month without need for replacement, though we use it at home so it doesn't get heavy duty use. So far so good.
