    This printer is the upgrade to the HP 8720. I am giving it 3 stars because the paper tray is much smaller capacity and harder to adjust.

    Printer was easy to setup and I could print and scan immediately. However, I have been having issues with the printer not staying connected to my WiFi. Followed instructions but still having issues. The printer started printed a document from the queue waking me up from my sleep.

    This printer is a pain to be honest. The HP smart software is awful, it loses connection all the time (nothing else drops on the network), I have to remove and reinsert ink cartridges 10+ times whenever I change the ink. I would avoid this at all costs. I should have looked it up before purchasing as all of these issues are well known
