Actually, I have a 9010. It works very well. When I want toscan on it in very fine dpi, I do not have enough range, but good enough for use at university and work. Also, I wish there were more options to vary size and shape of crop. For what it does, it was an excellent purchase.

I really like this printer. It does everything and the design is great.

The print quality is good, but the user screen is hard to see, especially if you have vision issues. It is hard to set up. There is no USB to scan to a drive, so if you need this option, buy a different printer.

This printer has good HP quality but required a Geek to do setup.

This printer replaced an inlet one that lasted over 6 years and it has worked well since I bought it. Have had no issues (ink is hella expensive tho) and it doesn’t look like there will be any either. Range on this is excellent for wifi and it prints out pretty fast.

Due to the Corona Virus and working at home now I needed a printer at my home workstation. I purchased this one as it was decently priced and showed that it had all the features needed. I am extremely happy with it as it is not too large and is efficient for my needs. Happy with this purchase!

There are a lot of things I like about this printer, but it goes offline constantly, for no good reason. There is no easy fix either. I try rebooting my computer, rebooting the printer, disconnecting and reconnecting to the wifi network. Sometimes one or more of those things work, sometimes they don't. Sometimes it just takes time and it randomly starts working. But, its taking way too much time out of my work day. Unfortunately, its too late to return it, otherwise I would.

We needed a new printer(old one about 10 yrs). Have had excellent quality use from HP. This is no exception. I am a retired and not the most knowledgeable computer equipment user. After installing, We found this printer more than capable for our home and small office use.

After HP IT connects it to my computer everything is fine

Once set up it prints ok. We had to hardwire it. It just would not recognize the wireless signal. We have had several HP printers, have two now, not sure why this one was difficult.

Have owned three HP printers over 20 years. The OfficeJet Pro 9015 replaced a similar priced HP OfficeJet printer. The 9015 was easy to set-up. The menu system is new and not as easy to navigate as the previous model. What I dislike is that you have to turn it on and off. My old HP could be set to turn on and turn off automatically at a specific time. Turns out that feature is really a great feature and I really miss it. B&W printing is excellent. Good grey to black scale. The color printing of JPEG files is very good. When done on photo paper it's really snaps and is sharp. On normal 20 pound payer the image is good. When printing web site pages, the mix of B&W and Color printing is good. So far no complaints on how long cartridges last. FYI, the old HP printer is a HP OfficeJet Pro 8620. No complaints with this HP so far.
