We needed a new printer(old one about 10 yrs). Have had excellent quality use from HP. This is no exception. I am a retired and not the most knowledgeable computer equipment user. After installing, We found this printer more than capable for our home and small office use.

The print quality is good, but the user screen is hard to see, especially if you have vision issues. It is hard to set up. There is no USB to scan to a drive, so if you need this option, buy a different printer.

Love this printer perfect for me. I print from anywhere.

I really like this printer. It does everything and the design is great.

Printer works ok,but color cartridges are in very short supply, even BB doesn't carry them, even that's where I bought my printer!! Wish you could earn more than three stars.......

This printer is awesome. Prints double sided super quickly, even color. It took a while to figure out how to set up the scan to email, but once I programmed it, it’s been working great. So much better than the slow old printer I had been using.

Great in store service. Outstanding machine also received my free extra ink in days.

The software installation was a pain, but print quality was really good -- the document feeder is probably the best I've seen on a consumer printer. The ink subscription may not be a good deal for you if you don't do the math --- use the 6 month trial to figure out your average page count, and make the decision whether to subscribe at that point. It worked well for just over 2 years, but then one month after the warranty ran out it thinks it's got a paper jam despite nothing being in the printer to cause one.

Great printer very effective and does every function I feel is necessary

I had a HP OfficeJet 8600 Pro for years. My printhead needed replacing and it was more cost efficient to just get a new all-in-one printer. The HP 9015 was a great replacement offering virtually all the same features as my old printer minus the extra paper tray. Very pleased with this purchase!

I like this printer. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is due the paper tray. It is made much cheaper than I excepted, the tray to hold the printed pages does not extend out to the full length of the page and it could be quieter.

This printer has good HP quality but required a Geek to do setup.

The Hp Office Jet Jet Model 9015 was easy to set up right out of the Carton, the whole process took less than 15 minutes. Ink cartridges were easy to install and the Wireless connection took less than 3 minutes. Overall the printer was more than I expected...

So far it’s a nice printer and well made I return an 8030 as died on me.

It's a nice home printer. Has individual cartridges which is a plus. Buy the XL when replacing because you seem to go through the standards pretty fast (not to say it an ink eater). It's quiet, fast and pretty easy to set up. The prints are crisp.

Does all that I need and was very easy to install and connect via wi-fi. Only issue is at time it loses connection to my home network and you need to re-connect.

Great printer- really like the two-sided copying and printing.

Was surprisingly easy for me (a 76yo woman with minimal tech savvy) to set up machine & get it connected to my other devices. Machine is lightweight & was easy for me to move as well. Highly recommend this machine for ease of setup & use.
