So far it’s a nice printer and well made I return an 8030 as died on me.

Great in store service. Outstanding machine also received my free extra ink in days.

I purchased this printer to use at home since my place of business is now telecommuting for the foreseeable future. I picked this after much research looking for an All In One with a decent speed for scanning and printing and decent ink output. This is great and I am very happy with it so far.

It's a nice home printer. Has individual cartridges which is a plus. Buy the XL when replacing because you seem to go through the standards pretty fast (not to say it an ink eater). It's quiet, fast and pretty easy to set up. The prints are crisp.

Printer and scanner work well. The printing could be a little crisper.

The Hp Office Jet Jet Model 9015 was easy to set up right out of the Carton, the whole process took less than 15 minutes. Ink cartridges were easy to install and the Wireless connection took less than 3 minutes. Overall the printer was more than I expected...

I like this printer. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is due the paper tray. It is made much cheaper than I excepted, the tray to hold the printed pages does not extend out to the full length of the page and it could be quieter.

This printer is awesome. Prints double sided super quickly, even color. It took a while to figure out how to set up the scan to email, but once I programmed it, it’s been working great. So much better than the slow old printer I had been using.

Received the printer on 09/03. The printer is not working. Called Best buy and was told to contact HP for support, which I did. A new printer was supposed to be delivered within 5-7 business days by HP (have a case number). This was concluded by HP after trying to provide a remote support for 2 hours. The support person who took the call made an error and the printer was not delivered. Contacted Best Buy again today to get the printer returned to find out that the 15 days return period ended two days earlier and that I am in no luck. A super frustrating experience with both HP and Best Buy. Not to mentioned the extra long time each time I am calling either HP or Best Buy.

Wonderful printer and great color. HP printers are the only way to go.

I had a HP OfficeJet 8600 Pro for years. My printhead needed replacing and it was more cost efficient to just get a new all-in-one printer. The HP 9015 was a great replacement offering virtually all the same features as my old printer minus the extra paper tray. Very pleased with this purchase!

It gets the job done. Don't like the drivers or the setup

Was surprisingly easy for me (a 76yo woman with minimal tech savvy) to set up machine & get it connected to my other devices. Machine is lightweight & was easy for me to move as well. Highly recommend this machine for ease of setup & use.

I like the printer. The only issue I had was linking it up with the computer, once I figured that out, it worked great. I also realized I couldn't have it hard wired to the computer and use the wireless option both.
