    I worked nicely til it didnt. The black ink started printing extremely light. I bought a new ink cartridge and no change. After doing a google search apparently the printheads need to be cleaned. We took the printer to Best Buy and they do not service printers anymore. The guy we spoke to said it would cost more than the printer to be repaired through HP. We did not buy a warranty with Best Buy and the HP warranty expired in August. HA! Its been a little over a year. Also to replace all the ink cartridges for this printer is almost $100 dollars. Unless you just want to throw away money......dont buy this printer.
