Getting this one coming from a different brand I wasn't happy with after using for a while.. Thankfully HP hit it out of the park. Reliability.. Every thing I've done on this printer has went through.. worked quickly and haven't had any issues or errors. It's more of a personal use printer so not a high volume of printing done but with what I have used it for it's been a breeze. Functionality..Absolutely love the touch screen on this with the everything being on one panel and easily used and maneuvered through with simple swiping or selecting in crisp color with a nice size screen One other feature I really enjoyed was the ability to use my phones camera to select an item to be scanned in as a photo or document and be transferred to the cloud or sent to email or directly to the printer. Ideal for keeping track of receipts The print speeds are fast and the quality is great whether I've used black and white or color. So far so good Would highly recommend to others !
