Disappointed
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Document feeder doesn't always work. Scanning through the feeder flips pages when doing multiples. It's ok for home use but would not recommend for high office volume

not a real evaluation
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I keep getting asked to review this so I will. I haven't really had a chance to use it enough to evaluate it. But so far so good. Getting the ink cartridges properly installed was kinda a pain. Got a couple three errors. No info or instructions how to properly install cartridges. But it's got plenty of lights and buttons.

Have had problems of off line & slow printing
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have had problems 4 or 5 times on printing and wireless printer being offline since I bought this item on Sept. 4, 2020. Have called both you and HP about the printer problems and I can't get this resolved. As far as I'm concerned, there is something wrong with the HP OfficeJet 9015 printer I have and I am tired of messing with this problem. This printer is less than a month old and I have had to call in about this too many times. Have tried all the trouble shooting by techs and we still have the problem

Expexted Better
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had this printer for just over two years. Its loud and slower than expected but got the job done. Just after my extended warranry expired, ofcourse I began to have issues. Im currently unable to change the ink cartridges as the on screen button that brings the cartridges accessible is broke. Resulting in me owninf a rather expensive copier that can only share documents via email. HP support is extremely limited and consists of an AI chat robot.

HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I received my HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e a couple weeks ago and have been putting it through its paces. First off this is a nice inkjet printer once its out of the box and setup. HP tends to make quality printers (amongst other devices) and this printer feels solid. Nice weight to it and nothing seems flimsy and too plasticky anywhere. Inside the box comes the printer, the inkjet cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black), power cord, and user guides to help you get started. Setup is fairly simple, just attach the power cord and power on the printer. Once the printer has started it will guide you to setting up and installing the inkjet cartridges. Initially while installing the cartridges I thought I was installing them wrong or that they weren't going in all the way due to the description (illustration) in the documentation. Part of the documentation shows the bottom of the cartridges almost sitting flush and lining up with the bottom of the cartridge holder inside the printer. For me there was no discernible "click" into place as described in documentation. After realizing the cartridges wouldn't go in any further I continued on with the rest of the setup. Placing paper in the tray and that was it. HP has a service where you can continue through the setup service and sign up for their HP+ service which allows you to order ink when necessary. Initially with the way the wording was stated on the display, it was almost as if I had to sign up to the service in order to connect the printer to my home network which was not true. After exiting the setup process I was able to scroll through the menu on the display (which by the way actually tilts back a little to make it easier to see what you're doing) and find the network settings and connect it to my home network. Once connected to my home I grabbed my iPhone and selected a photo of my dog Charlie from my phone and printed it out. I love AirPrint, it worked flawlessly and printed my photo out with ease. Now in addition the the HP+ service, HP also has a companion app in the App Store for iPhone or Google Play Store for Android that you can use to select the photos and change the size of your prints. All in all I believe this printer is more suitable for someone in college or high school, or a a small home office where not a lot of printing is done. Keep in mind that the include ink is supposed to last 6 months but that depends on the amount of printing you do.

Error HP Printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This HP Printer spends more time in Error Mode than printing. Once it is in Error Mode it takes forever, at least 4-6 minutes, to shut down before you can turn it back on & hope that it will print for another span of around 15-25 minutes before Error Mode shows up again.

My last HP product ever. Because of miserable tech
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The only real problem is tech support, meaning the total lack thereof. I have a minor issue with being unable to scan multi-page documents to the computer from the printer (despite no prior issues with same laptop and my previous OfficeJet 6970. After hours of attempting to chat with TS, and several failed efforts to have them take remote control of my laptop (each time, it failed, closing the app and the chat window, followed by the tech specialist "closing" my case without helping at all), I was about to give up. I decided to try one more time. The remote control function finally worked and I watched as the specialist basically uninstalled and reinstalled the HP software on my laptop. When that didn't work, he told me to call a PAID support number, despite my having purchased this item one six weeks before. After this experience, this is my last HP product ever.

DO NOT even think about buying the Printer!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me begin by saying that I have purchased and used HP printers for over 20 years now, and I am VERY tech savvy..... when I went to load the ink cartridges the printer head would not line up properly and after I eventually got the ink loaded the printer would not even print a TEST Page!!!! So it goes without saying that it was engineered well and the quality control was completely not adhered to on this printer....
