The printer worked perfectly and was easy to install and set up. The added benefit of the free printer ink is a real plus.

After year's of excellent performance by my prior HP 6600, the new HP 9015e is clunky and tinny sounding printer comparatively, but print qualities and performance to-date are equivalent to the 6600. Also, the HP software is annoying in pestering me to select / approve the 9015e printer with every single print job --even though it's now the only available printer (WIFI / Bluetooth connected) printer on my Windows (Dell) system).

The printer works great! At first it didn't work properly but I was able to get assistance from HP tech support chat and solved the problem. Print quality and speed of printing is fantastic!

We purchased this because our 8610 all in one needed new printer heads. It was easy to set up and in general works well. The ink subscription set up is confusing, but we got it sorted. My major complaint is the paper trays are too small. Not only does it not hold very much, necessitating having to add paper frequently, but the worst feature is the tray that holds the printed paper. It is too short and only holds about 3 pages before they start spilling onto the floor. If it weren't for this annoying feature, I would completely overlook the paper jam issue. It is not intuitive how to access the jam. I tipped the printer on it's side to see if I could find the jam, and the entire top of the printer hinged open. Once this happened, I was able to clear the jam. I discovered this area is accessible if you open the ink access area, you can lift the top of the unit and get to the guts.

My wife and kids love our new HP printer. Easy to setup and makes great photocopies. I shopped around and Best Buy had the best sales price.

Excellent printer. Easy to set up and I love using the HP ink buying program. I never have to worry about running out of ink.

Pros: The scanner works, the print server works. Cons: Constant Paper Jams, Instank Ink is a lie, ink catridges contain a miniscule amount of ink. Conclusion: Entirely useless to me. It's essentially e-waste now. Go with any other brand except HP.

Good printer - but can’t figure out how to adjust paper tray

This is a smart machine that does all that i need. It could be quieter but that is my only complaint.

Love this great printer from HP. We purchased an Epson Eco tank printer and was so disappointed that we traded it for the HP OfficeJet Pro. Such a relief to get reliable, quality printouts.

The printer is great. I've had it for years now with few complaints. HP really did well and fixed problems with the HP Smart App, and everything runs smoothly with little problem now. The instant Ink subscription plans are also a good deal, and worth it (at least the lower priced ones are).

The printer came totally put together. The ink was easy to install. The printer was easy to install into my laptop via wifi. The quality of excellent. I will be using this printer for my job 9 to 5 job, school and for the business I am starting. This is my second HP Printer. I never have any problems with them. I updated to his printer. My last one still works and I had it for years. I will give my last HP Printer to someone as a gift.
