Overall we were very happy with this computer. The graphics are wonderful, the computer itself is lightning fast, the hardware package is solid and the laptop size is just right. I will reiterate that the speed of the computer is great. We bought it for editing photos and using software, not gaming. The touchscreen is cool - but not really used. My biggest disappointment? THE BATTERY IS HORRIBLE. It only lasts about 45 minutes. Everything else is ok.

We use this laptop with a 42 inch monitor to run presentations and applications. It works great and we've had no issues.

I am very happy with the performance of this gaming laptop

I absolutely loved this machine - everything about it, BUT the battery life and the brick of an adapter you have to use. I was able to get maybe 2.5 hours on battery , even with low display brightness and batter saver. Sometimes it was only 1.25 hours! Not great to sit in a client meeting, not having access to a plug and your computer dies within first 1. 5 hours of meetings. It is not great to travel with - the battery pack is too bulky and heavy. There is not a "travel" version or replacement that is smaller. After I did some research, I found the battery life issue is a known issue and nothing can be done about it. I Loved it but had to sadly return it.

This laptop is a HUGE disappointment, it overheats and is TERRIBLE for playing games. This is NOT a gaming laptop. (Also be aware that since this is a newer super thin lightweight laptop, you also do not get a DVD/CD drive.) Unfortunately Best Buy has a pretty short return policy so I am now stuck with this over-priced piece of crud.
