Wonderful computer with so many advantages. I like the backlite keyboard that is color coded, it is faster than my last one, has a bigger screen and it set up for gaming.

Runs very fast. I don't play the most demanding games, but as an example, when I play League of Legends on all the most demanding video settings, this computer easily sustains a frame rate far faster than the screen on this laptop can display it, so the movement is extremely smooth. I think the screen at 165 hz and 1080 HD is the only limiting factor for how well this computer can display and run all the games I typically play. The screen is a little darker than I expected, which isn't a big deal because it's still plenty bright enough in a bright environment if you turn the brightness all the way up. I didn't have any of the problems some of the other reviewers mentioned. One thing I don't like is that the power button is located next to the delete button, meaning that I'll be more likely to accidently press it when I don't mean to, but so far that hasn't been a big issue. I also wasn't fond of the 4 different colors in the backlit keyboard, but I found that those 4 color zones are customizable and can be set to whatever colors you want in the OMEN Gaming Hub app, so I'm thankful it allowed me to make all 4 zones the same color of my choice. The built-in speakers are nothing to get too excited about, but I'd still say that the speakers are good compared to most laptops. I would certainly recommend this laptop. Especially since I was able to get it while it was on a brief sale, I'm shocked at how little I had to pay for such a powerful laptop. Great bang for the buck!

The product is amazing , does exactly what I need it to do, I love the 165hz refresh rate it makes this laptop feel similar to my 4060ti gaming pc that I own. I highly recommend this laptop.

So I bought this gaming laptop to be used as a mid level gaming machine. It performs really well for a laptop. My main complaint is that games took unusually long to load and sometimes the machine seemed to struggle if too many tasks or programs were running in background. For example Warzone would take 4.5 minutes just to boot up. I just got a new gaming DESKTOP and it takes 10 seconds to boot Warzone. At the end of the day if you want intensive gaming out of this…. Get a desktop. They are simply better for only a little less money. I ended up giving this laptop to my wife and it will crush it for her needs of every day use.

It was the computer we were looking for at home. Besides being an excellent choice for online gaming, it allows us to work from home with 3D image design and some video editing.

I would have never imagined spending as much on a laptop as I did with this Omen but I only have two words to say for it, WORTH IT. This laptop has amazing storage space, is incredibly fast, and keeps battery charge for days. I use it for animation programs at school and its battery lasts longest in the class.

This laptop delivers an excellent amount of performance, is extemely capable, and surprisingly quiet while maintaining low temperatures. Loved the customizeable keyboard lighting. Overall a great deal, does exactly what it was made to and provides a great experience.

I overall really love this computer. I had a few WiFi connectivity issues the first few days that an update fixed. My only issue I’ve seen is it seems some of the pixels are having a lighting issue. It’s only noticeable when the screen is on and black (game loading screen is when I see it). It’s almost like a line of lighter black on the screen. I don’t know what it is or if it can be fixed but it’s not visible with colors or during game play.

Amazing laptop runs games super smoothly such as Baldur's Gate, Fortnite, Roblox, and Overwatch with high to medium graphic settings on those games! I'm able to have Chrome tabs open at the same time as games, and Discord open at the same time as games as well with great performance. It also has a pretty good battery life even in the gaming graphics mode (discrete mode), with it lasting me a few hours on full battery before needing a charge at 20%. The battery life is probably double that in hybrid graphics mode. I've been able to have a crazy amount of tabs open with no delays or lag on any of them, and it has been a great work laptop, school laptop, and gaming laptop. I highly recommend it as a more affordable gaming laptop option as a college student myself.

This is a great laptop at a great price. I am using it to DJ with and it has been flawless.

It's an excellent laptop, I bought it for gaming when I'm traveling and to use for work and it's phenomenal for it's price point. I'm very happy with this laptop!

Great laptop! Works well, games well, everything works. Only minor issue is under heavy load it will stutter once thermals are at max, but once fan kicks in for long enough little stutter stops. Adjusting fan curves helps!

Fast! My wife loves it for running Adobe Photoshop for all her shirt designs.
