First computer was a dude. Waiting for replace to co e in. Definitely got high hopes for the new machine coming in.

Purchased to do graphics work....So far so good. The system is handling my graphics needs. super quiet and very nice setup.

It's a great PC for my games and studies....i totally recommend it.

As a video editor this computer checks all the boxes. With the fast speed I have no lag in my editing. I love the open glass design. Makes it super easy to work on and see parts.

Runs great, quiet, super fast. The only thing was trying to figure out how to open the casing with an employee, discovered it on accident so it worked out

Easy set up. You can customize the color of the lights and fans to whatever color you want and they can be set to different colors. It is pretty quite when running and doesn’t take up a ridiculous amount of space. This is my first pc but this is an honest review from an amateur. I’ve had it for a few month now and have not had any issues with it. I have never lagged out of a game, updates are fast, and quality is crispy. I have played Minecraft, once human, sunkenland, and apex legends with no issues. There are multiple headphone jack spots and usb ports.

I just recently bought this computer, and I have to say it has exceeded my expectatuons. It is capable of running high end games along with multiple programs at once, startup is quick and lag is nonexistent. I highly recommend this product for anybody looking for a good quality gaming PC that can meet any other needs you have.

I purchased this HP Omen computer as a refurbished item that Best Buy was selling on their online store. I was willing to drive the 25 miles each way to go pick up the item because it was a good price. The unit was rated as "fair" so I expected some non-essential items would be missing. To my surprise when I picked up the item, the representative gave me a power cord and the tower without anything else. I thought to myself this was a "fair" item so I was fine with what they had given me. The outside was a little dirty but I cleaned the unit when I got home. Upon startup the previous owner's account logged into the desktop without a password attached to the account. I was able to use my Windows 11 install drive to wipe out the system and reinstall everything from the ground up. The computer was a great buy for the price I paid. It's super fast, and runs solid. I would of given the overall rating a five if the unit was scrubbed physically and digitally before it was sold to me, but the unit on its own is definitely five stars.

I’m using this PC as a productivity machine because on sale it was a better deal than any similarly equipped standard desktops at the time. Gaming cases are generally better anyway because they have easier access to the internals for cleaning and better cooling. I’m running a dual monitor setup with one ultrawide 2560 x 1080 100 Hz, and one wide 1920 X 1080 75 Hz. I usually have 30-40 chrome tabs open at any given time, with many of them being YouTube videos that I have yet to watch, Google Docs and Sheets, and some other work-related web apps and articles. It’s not a heavy workload, but it was enough to cause my 13th gen laptop i5 with 32 GB of ram and integrated graphics to stutter a bit. Of course, for this machine, with its slightly beefier 14th gen desktop i5, 32 GB of ram, and dedicated GPU, this workload is no sweat. It kept constant 100 degrees F CPU temps with fans running at normal RPMs. This means you won't be pestered by high fan noise and heat. There’s no shortage of complaints about the Nvidia 4060 underperformance per dollar, but given that I don’t intend to game (much), this doesn’t bother me. If I ever do game on it, it would be at 1080p, so I would still be fine with it. Note that it’s an HP OEM single fan card, so if you have cooling concerns, caveat emptor. It doesn’t come bursting with bloatware, which is nice. Of course, McAfee is there because it’s like mold spores at this point, but other than that, the rest is stuff that helps manage or support the machine, like HP Support Assistant, Omen Gaming Hub, and Nvidia stuff. You get the typical Windows bloatware, but that’s Microsoft's fault, not HP’s. The internal and external RGB comes with standard customizability. I have them either at lowest brightness or completely off (settings are in the Omen Gaming Hub). I am concerned with the recent news about the overvoltage issue causing permanent damage on Intel 13th and 14th gen 65W and higher CPUs, and I’ve considered returning this PC and going with another with AMD, but given that it’s a locked CPU (not overclockable) and I’m not doing anything heavy–gaming, media editing, 3D modeling, et cetera--I think I can wait for Intel’s patch. That said, if you’re planning to do AAA gaming out of the box, you might want to wait until mid-August 2024 (fingers crossed) when Intel’s patch is projected to ship, or get an AMD machine. In close, if you can get this machine on sale, as an entry-level gaming pre-build, I think it’s a pretty decent machine, while for office productivity, it’s hands-down an excellent one.

First off, Thank you, Best Buy for giving us this PC on sale $200 off MSRP!!! What a BEAST of a gaming PC this HP omen is. This was my first desktop PC, so this one is a perfect PC for me because it included the Next Gen Nvidia processors, the RTX 4060 Graphic Processing Unit (GPU) which is ultra powerful, it plays my favorite game Forsa Horizon 5 at a rip roaring 4K ultra settings at 60 Frames Per Second (FPS). I really like the style of the HP Omen. I like that it has plenty of breathability and air flow, even the look of the circuit boards and the RGB MEGA cool looking ram leaves little to be desired in the aspects of lighting. I was also happy to know that the next day after i bought this item they dropped the price $50 more and my local Best buy Price matched guaranteed me so it was a great experience even after buying the unit!

This Computer is absolutely amazing, it's my first gaming pc, although i bought it for my home music studio to create and have enough threads and ram for multiple virtual instruments running at once. Since having it over two months now, its amazing at gaming as well. I'd recommend this 10 out of 10 for the price if you don't want to spend the time building your own pc.

Absolutely fantastic I can play most games on high settings at 1440 P. I got it open box so it was a great deal, even after going on somewhere like new egg, and putting all the pieces together to build it myself, the prices of the pieces came out to more expensive than the open box version of this is as a prebuilt.
