This computer is a UNIT! Great temps, great graphics, great speed, this is just all around a great system. Some of these people in the reviews don’t realize that some of these issues could have been caused in shipping or many other ways, until they find out where the problem happened, they should not be coming here leaving 1 star reviews on such a great product. If you have the money and are on edge about buying it, do it. The only downside to this computer is that it only comes with 1 tb of storage, which is a good bit but for someone who does more than just gaming, they might need more storage. I know you can buy an hdd but its just more convenient to add it into the system already for 2400$ plus the taxes and shipping. Going to add a 240mm fan on top soon and already added one more in the front and the temperatures are way low (50°-60°) while playing warzone. Great product, would definitely recommend.

This Is Amazing

First off I would like to say the other 1-star review on here is a gross rating for this setup. Audio blips should not mean the computer gets 1 star. I have had this for 2 weeks now and might be one of the best purchases I've made. I have yet to find a game that won't hit 60+fps at max settings.
It is a very quiet system with very easy access to all panels and components. I haven't needed to overclock the system at all and still have an amazing experience with every game. This is also while on discord and streaming, so I can't wait to see just how much this rig can handle. I have even started to play around with blender and it can handle it with ease. If you want a pre-built PC and are willing to spend this much it is a great addition to any gaming setup.
I would recommend adding in 3 more fans as when you are running games at max for hours it does heat up a bit. I will also say I had one case of audio blips in the first 2 days but haven't had any issues since.
The case is very well built and sturdy and has more than enough room for those who want to add in more components to upgrade, but honestly, I don't know why anyone would need to upgrade this. The main components are incredible and I will be keeping this rig for a long time to come.
If anyone has any questions about this rig I am more than willing to answer!

Out of the box, this PC works smooth and fast! Love the lighting color options. Quiet cooling! Easy to open the case and add memory. Works great with Fury memory card upgrades. Glass side case gives a slick look into the components and extra lighting zones. Recommended!! Love it!

I have had two omens which excelled in performance, this one takes the cake. My primary uses circle rendering software and video editing which lead me to a GeForce graphics card which has been splendid. Running multiple browsers and edits simultaneously effortlessly. If your on the edge about an Omen, go for it. Would recommend this over any other Omen given the size with upgrade opportunities also. You wont be disappointed with the purchase of this beauty.

I got this computer a few weeks ago and was super excited to play Elden Ring on it.
Unfortunately almost right away I noticed something was off: Audio popping/cracking/stutter. Every 1-10 minutes I would hear one of these and it would pull me out of the my experience.
Not only does this happen with games, it also happens with chrome, Spotify, and even OS sounds. The other weird thing is, it only happens with USB audio devices, onboard sound via the headphone jack works fine! But I’m not really willing to trade my whole audio setup for a faster PC.
I tried every trick in the book to fix this. Different cables, devices, reinstalling Windows, downgrading to Win 10, reinstalling drivers, changing buffer settings/sample rates/etc. The problem would not go away.
I found some threads of people having this issue on AMD and they were able to fix it by updating their BIOS and/or changing the PCIe speed from 4.0 to 3.0. Unfortunately, I had already tried updating the BIOS and HP’s BIOS doesn’t let you change PCIe speeds (or do that much at all).
The thing runs games like a beast. Elden Ring @ 4K Max Graphics locked at 60 FPS. Doom Eternal 120+ FPS maxed out with ray tracing and quality DLSS.
However, it’s safe to say I’ll be returning it this week. Having better specs than my last PC isn’t worth losing my audio setup. It’s possible that I got a bad unit and to be fair HP did offer to repair it. But to be honest, it left a bad taste in my mouth and makes me worry about what the next issue might be. The temps weren’t to great on this thing either. GPU and CPU temps creeping into the high 80’s C.
I also just want a computer with an actual BIOS that I can change things in.

The computer itself is pretty nice. It's fast, as expected, and overall a very nice computer. I knocked a star though cause the mouse and keyboard that came with it were pretty pathetic and on the keyboard I couldn't even press Shift+W+Space to jump as it seems to only support two keys pressed at a time. Given that it's advertised as a gaming desktop I was pretty disappointed by this.

Unable to upgrade RAM, get something else

While the PC looks great and performs ok, with the bloated Windows 11, the 16GB RAM just isn't enough. However, since HP has completely remove XMP support, if you buy this Intel machine, you will be UNABLE to upgrade the RAM and get the advertised RAM speed. There is no XMP option in the BIOS, Intel XTU will not work, so when you change the HyperX ram supplied from the machine to 32GB of Corsair 3600 RGB Pro RAM, the Mhz will only be 2133. This is not documented on HP's website, not documented in the description, and takes hours of searching reddit threads, forums, and youtube videos to find out, HP screwed you. If we hadn't already invested the time in migrating to this "new" PC, and if there was anything else at this price point available from Best Buy, would seriously consider returning. HUGELY disappointed in HP. If the BIOS had worked like any other system, or like their own AMD version, would have been a completely different review.

I have a lot of problems with this PC. I've had it for about a month & it has issues with audio and it just locks up and freezes out of no where sometimes. My $1200 PC that I bought in 2017 was more reliable than this.

Haven't had any issues with mine, everything runs as expected. Only complaint would be that I had to install new fans that were quieter and more efficient at cooling. Even then, the stock fans it had were decently quiet already.

Loved it at first. Now it seems to do this stutter during basic use or games. Sounds like the computer starts spinning up and does this 1-2 second stutter, very frustrating.

It takes 2-3 attempts to turn on the computer. Why does it do that? I just got this PC.
Tried doing the HP Battery check, but it says "No Battery" or it doesn't allow me to access it.
Why...? Spent 2.6k+ including taxes just to have it acting like this.
