    Good prebuilt computer!

If you are looking for a gaming computer and don't want to build one yourself, this is a pretty good value for a prebuilt computer. It is super responsive and fast when searching the web and doing school work, and it has handled all the games I have played on it very well. This is my first gaming PC and I think it is a good choice for others new to PC gaming. It could have a little better airflow, but this is pretty typical of prebuilt computers. I have never had overheating issues personally, but I also don't typically have gaming sessions that last all day long. Overall I am happy with my purchase and would recommended to others.

Great rig for the price in this market

This is a solid build to have with a 3060ti and top it off with a ryzen 5800x is the perfect match. The look of it is sleek and the storage is fast and adequate. Only issue I have is the lack of good airflow. Yes it’s liquid cooled but that can only help you so much when you are putting in some work on a demanding game and your case gets hot enough on the inside to cook a hot pocket. If you buy this PC and I strongly recommend you do I also recommend buying at a minimum 2 more 120mm fans to get that heat outta there so your boards will be happy and function better and last longer :). Gotta have happy boards folks!! I gave 5 stars but I’m feeling more like this gets a 4 1/2 stars for the fans or lack there of.

Everything came assembled and no major issues of note. I was able to add another m.2 SSD and an Elgato 4K60 capture card with no issues. The glass side panel comes off with a simple click of a button. Only issue is the mandatory HP software installed on the PC. Have not upgraded the RAM yet as 16GB is enough for me. I recommend the liquid cooled model as CPU temperatures can be high.

It's an alright prebuilt. The CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD, and power supply are all current and very useable. However, upgrades are limited and so is parting it out. The case has a single 120mm intake, it's choked for airflow, and there's nowhere else to mount new fans. The back access has no room for normal power supply cables, you must use the power supply with flattened cables that comes with it or custom sleeved cables. The motherboard, despite being B550 chipset, only supports 5000 series CPUs with no backwards compatibility. The CPU heatsink and mounts are not standard for AM4 sockets, so they cannot be interchanged. The cooler itself has very short tubes to the radiator, and as I said can't be used on other AM4 socket motherboards.

Awesome gaming PC. Small form factor case is nice but could have better cooling. Great CPU with the 5800X. Great performance for a 3060ti. Only thing I would have liked at this price point is better CPU cooling. Overall great PC though.

Honestly? I didn't know what to expect. My first PC had been an HP Pavilion back in the fall of 2001. Recently, when I started looking for a new system to purchase, I had been looking for a gaming system, and HP had been a PC brand that I've always trusted. While those around me have tried to dissuade me from purchasing pre-built systems, and away from HP, I've never been disappointed. The HP Omen is a system I had been seriously looking at but it was never in stock. The AMD Ryzen 7 is what I had been looking at. When this system became available, I ordered one for myself. Despite all of the negative reviews, I was hesitant because of complaints I had heard about noise and the machines running hot. I've been using it for the past few days and I haven't run into a single issue, as of yet. It's quiet as a mouse. What makes this system so nice is that it's fully customizable and 100% upgradable. There's the possibility of upgrading to an AMD Ryzen 9, when it gets to that point and I'm looking at adding another 16gb of Hyper-X Fury RAM. All in all, I've please with the system. The one thing that I wish had been left in as a feature is the optical drive. Just saddened that HP opted to leave it out, considering how much retail space is on the front plating of the desktop case. The other thing is that HP doesn't make it simple to add more RAM. The way it's configured, HP made it much more difficult to install more RAM at the higher speed of 3200mhz.

Loving it so far. The performance has been great. No random and wierd glitches. Surprisingly quiet, too. And smaller than I thought, which is a plus for me. I've been able to play every game ive thrown at it in 1440p at 80-110 fps. 100% recommended. Also got it open box so even better

I love the overall aesthetic of the pc and I really believe it’s a good deal for the price you’re paying but there’s just one kind of big issue. This computer’s CPU and GPU are constantly overheating at least in my experience. I had previously owned the 1660 super model of this PC and it never overheated. Now I have the 3060 ti model, and my PC is at constant 60 degrees celsius when idle and 80 degrees when gaming. Those aren’t perfect temps for what’s supposed to be a higher end gaming PC. But overall, it’s a really great PC, just has one issue which is better than most prebuilts.

I bought this pc instead of a 3070 with a 3700x that I was looking at because replacing the processor is a bigger hassle than replacing the gpu, as well as this computer being a slighly better deal overall for comparable performance. The liquid cooler could be better but the cpu it comes with is designed to be able to run at 90 degrees so thats not a big deal. The gpu however does run a little hot at 90 to 100% usage it runs at temperatures in the 80's, this is probably due to the case not having very good airflow. The pc runs really quiet. Overall I am pleased with the product and would recommend it, a good deal during the covid shortage that should last you for some years.

Amazing gaming PC. Perfect for games like Warzone. 16GB was good but ended up upgrading to 64GB after market, was very easy to access and change out. I highly recommend this PC for any gamer looking for a solid but not overpriced gaming PC

So far this pc has been great. I bought it for gaming and have been able to run games, play YouTube, and stream all at the same time. This was right in my price range and great because I did not want to build one myself. The only issue I have had is that if I leave it in sleep mode overnight I cannot wake it up so I have to unplug it and plug it back in. My solution has been to just turn off if I’m not going to be on it for a longer period of time.

Its a good starter PC if you just want something that works and looks real good. If youre planning on adding fans/lights, its not as easy as other prebuilts (thanks hp). Temps do stay in the 70s C most of time while running games with high graphics settings. I also had an issue with my pc getting stuck in sleep mode and not waking up with K&M movement or anything, I checked my settings and everything was set to wake up the pc but it wouldnt and I would have to unplug the power and restart. Ended up changing settings to never sleep to avoid dealing with this. Overall its got good hardware and hopefully over time, HP allows more customization options.

Real quality build. Very powerful and runs pretty cool. Did a little mining with it and got 63 mh after tweaking using MSI Afterburner with temps in the sixties. An earlier review talked about reducing settings (voltages, etc.) and I copied that and it worked perfectly. Here's what the other reviewer said: I suggest anyone to Download MSI Afterburner and try these settings on the 3060Ti, -Set Power limit to 60-70% -temp between 60-70 -core clock -502(as far negative as you can) -and my memory clock is stable at +1120MHz with fan between 30-60% (always benchmark your hardware and lower the memory clock if your computer starts become unstable i.e. crashing or problems in games or programs. By Under-volting I got the GPU running at 100% at 130watts between 45-50 Celsius (I can mine ETH at 65-68mh/s) and by keeping the glass panel off I keep the CPU and GPU between 35 C - 45 C idle and 65-80c max for CPU.

My nephew bought me a game that my old computer could not handle so I bought this Omen. It never gives me any issues and my gaming (just got Diablo IV) is awesome. Of course, I do the normal things, like streaming, emails, and research. I highly recommend this computer; my son helped me pick it out (tech guy) and I am happy.

Decent deal considering the gpu market. Purchased mainly to learn/understand crypto mining vs buying via the exchanges. Aio under performs, one would think hp would do a better job to maximize cooling. I like the case, just keep the dude panel off, problem solved. 5800x is a monster.

PROS: - great hardware (5800x and a 3060TI) - not much else CONS: - AWFUL cooling - Motherboard is proprietary, don’t expect to be able to upgrade memory easily, etc - whole machine is small and things are tight (small case) The huge problem with this machine is the cooling. There is ONE intake fan, one exhaust fan, and a 120mm liquid cooler for the CPU. This thing will reach 90 Celsius easily if you try to play a game. There are very limited things you can do to fix this. You can replace the fans with better ones, but the GPU will still regularly overheat. The GPU is also a HP oem model. Not exactly what you want if you plan to upgrade in the future (resale), you are better off getting name brand and non-proprietary components. This is a good deal for a 5800x and a 3060TI with a 850w PSU, but the rest of the machine is terrible.
