EXACTLY what I needed!! I had no idea just how outdated my existing laptop was (about 8 years old). After explaining that I needed this for mostly business purposes, the sales agent not only found the perfect fit, but also led me to some deep savings which was much appreciated by our nonprofit’s accounting department. I’m not highly educated in the world of electronics, but the sales agent didn’t talk over my head and patiently explained the attributes of the computer he was recommending in a language I could easily understand. Was excited to purchase my first ever laptop spent hours trying to make the right decision. It started out fast ive only had it for about 60 days if that. It has slowed down and I have to keep restarting I don’t have a lot save on there. Close the window tabs when done. At times I’m actually scrolling and the screen will go black as if it’s idle. But all in all it ok I just wish it was faster for productivity for my job. I like the weight, color, and style. I love that it flips and also acts as a notebook. I connected it to a larger monitor, I do wish that it had more ports. I just realized I can use a stylus so I’ll have to purchase me one of those hopefully soon. If I need to take and get upgraded for faster speed I’m a look into that also. I think it was a good buy.

It’s good laptop , easy to carry any where , it’s light weight, there is no overheating issue , the laptop works speed well without lagging . The battery life is too good can easily last 1 day or above if fully charged . The colors on display are good and touchscreen works perfectly.

Build quality is very nice for a mid-range laptop. Absolutely love the keyboard-typing is a dream. Trackpad is a bit sensitive but I use a mouse often anyway. Screen definitely looks nice especially for something that isn’t OLED. Set up was easy and speeds for various tasks so far seem to be good. Battery life is sufficient and charging is quick. Lots of ports for everything I need but they do tend to hold onto anything I put in with a death grip. Occasional glitches on edge but it could be a browser issue rather than the machine itself. Overall for someone who doesn’t need a laptop for anything fancy this machine has been great.

Smaller in size than a 15 inch, great detailed display, very bright. A fast processor, 16 gigs of memory and 512 Gig SSD. Very easy to use and you can run all of your programs on this . Battery lasts a very long time, I would recommend.
