This is a great compact, high quality and efficient lab top. Runs very well!

Bought open-box. In terms of specs, this should outclass m2 16gb (my old laptop) in premiere pro. On full resolution at 4k, my m2 could handle 4k editing pretty fine with some occasional stuttering. However, with this HP: the video editing playback at full res was awful with video flickering and timeline stuttering. Imagine a 2 year old mac with half as much ram performing better than a 32gb next gen amd chip/ On internet, once in a while the trackpad would go unresponsive. And would low pages slower than m2. Design wise, the keyboard and trackpad is unattractive. I’m returning it. Wouldn’t reccomend.

Sleek and very well built. Runs low end games good considering the lack on dedicated graphics card.

Best Buy Let me down. HP Screen developed vertical line pixel failure in first month. Sent to Best Buy Service Center from West Madison, WI store for repair and new screen. When I received it back they had put the wrong screen in and there was no touch screen feature. Computer as sent out again for a Service Center REDO, after it was out another 10 days I was notified I was eligible for replacement. Had to scheduled another appointment with the Geek Squad. They refused to credit my personal credit card that I bought the item with. Given in store gift card credit. Went back on-line that day found the same lap tap at that store that they indicated was in stock and would be ready in an hour. Used the Gift Card. One hour later notified that the lap top was no longer available and I had to cancel the order. Was going to drive and pick up another laptop at a store 40 mins away and learned that even though the order was cancelled today the Gift Card would not be recredited for 24 hours so I am again without a computer due to Best Buys error. Summary: HP screen failure to start with , Best Buy Service Center put on the wrong screen for warranty work and then Redo work never gets completed. What a mess: 3 trips to the Geek Squad, Weeks without the Computer, Refused to credit the credit card I bought the laptop with, Advertised that that they have an item in stock and an hour later they don't after I have purchased it and then they tell me I have to wait 24 more hours to get the gift card re-credited. This was an utter an complete failure of customer service from Best Buy.

This product is defective. HP, the manufacturer knows it and gave me the run around for over a week. During that week, despite being a TOTAL MEMBER (product protection program through Best Buy); I thought the exchange window was 90 days, but it turns out its actually 60 - for which, apparently I am late by 4 days, when I first reached out. The advice was: "The only person that can do anything for you is the store manager, so you need to find him and beg him, nicely." . If I take in the known to be defective product, to Geek Squad, the most they can do is send it out for service, and see if when they service a brand new laptop - if it actually can be exchanged. I am literally looking at multiple reviews saying the same thing about this computer. I guess thats is why they have so many sales on it.

Cheaper than the HP website by a bit and got a better deal with open box

I love everything about this laptop....except less than a month into having it - it has lost its bluetooth functionality. Like, the bluetooth in gone (not in device manager anymore - so cannot reinstall a driver). Not an update, or software - it is a hardwear issue known by HP. I will be returning this laptop sadly.

This is used daily for real estate transactions and property research. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Really really solid laptop and great value for price.

This review is for Best Buy, not the computer itself. I ordered from Best Buy online an Open Box--Excellent version of this computer, looking forward to its great features. Everything looked brand new when I opened the box, but in trying to set it up, it didn't display any options to connect to internet. Called HP support and after 2 hours of troubleshooting they concluded that the network adapter was not detectable. They recommended I return it to Best Buy. I did, but since open box, all they would do it give me a refund, not replace it (and no more open boxes of this model either at that price). So I had to pay $400 more for a new one to be picked up at a store an hour away (or wait another week for them to ship me one). They offered no discount or compensation for my trouble and hours wasted. Since Open Box-Excellent units are supposed to be checked out, and this obviously was not, they defrauded me. So be wary of open box deals at Best Buy!

Good laptop, just wish the screen was oled instaed of LED.
