    No would not recommend. Idk if i got a faulty laptop, but literally the first day i picked it up from best buy, the f1-f12 keys did not work. Glitches here and there hours after using it properly. The volume keys only work on the touch screen. The second day i tested the speakers and they were already giving out. It’s a beautiful laptop, i love the screen but obviously will not keep.

    Great computer, however, it tricks you into OneDrive and then you can't get your stuff out of the cloud. You have to pay for more storage. I thought I was storing my files locally.

    Keys are wider than my previous asus making it difficult to keyboard at the pace I am accustomed too. I also miss the 10 key. Overall rating of 3 stars

    It uploaded old computer stuff from one drive. I have every document in word is in office 2010 that's going to die in a few days and office 365 I paid for last month will not load over the office 201 0, so I don't know what is going to happen with my files next week. It only brought over the Microsoft in the load, everything else had to be refound and reloaded but hand.

    The first one froze up and I got a new one. Then the geek said thoug he they moved all my files over from old laptop but there was nothing there when I drove home 2 1/2 hours away. So I don’t have all my files moved to the second new one.

    Never got the laptop it got delivered to the wrong address and Best Buy gave me the run around for a month before I got my refund to purchase again and the original order got sent back to the warehouse. Best Buy still gave me a hard time getting my money back would never order online again, in my life.

    No 10 key input. END and HOME keys in a. Unusual location and are activated by the SHIFT key. Higher error rate when typing (not sure why; but, it slowed me down a lot (like 25% of my normal speed. Returned if for a refund within 1 week. It’s marketed as a laptop that also functions as a tablet. I think it’s a tablet that pretends to be a laptop.

    First three days it worked find. Now all streaming apps are jumping and unable to watch. Netflix is so bad, the audio plays but no video=RETURNING!!!!
